These girls rock the cookie cake world!! From our in-store order to our pick up.... perfect! Customer service beyond comparison! We ordered the big rectangle cookie island for our granddaughters class, I wish I could leave a pic here of it! Amazing!

I love this place!! Quick and friendly location and so close to home if I ever have a sweet tooth we or a quick sweet gift for someone. Pete was also super!! He was quick with my cookie cake and being new to the area he gave me some tips on what to check out in NB : )

I always read reviews but never feel compelled to write any.. well today is the day.. i took a pic in for a special bday cookie cake for the daughter of my friend. Although the pic was not translated to the cake to my taste. I expressed my dislike and it was taken care of on the most professional level and was immediately was offered a redo. The manager came out and apologized, re-made my cookie cake and delivered it the the party all within an hour!! Wow. I am so impressed. I recommend this place to every and anyone. It turned out beautiful and delicious! Thanks staff for making the cookie cake the talk of the party. ♡

Ive been buying these cookies for 10+ years for my childs birthday who LOVES them. But today I was very disappointed when I walked into your store at 10:30am this morning to purchase a cookie and was told that I had to place an order for a cookie. In 10 years Ive NEVER placed an order for a cookie. Ive always walked in told them what I needed and walked out with a cookie big enough for 6 people that said Happy birthday. Isnt this what you do for a living, bake cookies yet i cannot just walk in and buy one? Needless to say Im walking out of HEB right now with a cookie big enough for 6 people that says happy birthday. Thank you HEB!

This location is a bit hidden, but is located behind rudys bbq on 46 in New braunfels. I knew it was around and kind of forgot about it . My husband found it a few weeks ago and has been going at least twice a week now. The manager, Pete, is so friendly and is doing great things for this place. I told him our story and he gave us a free cookie coupon for being loyal customers. It has also been updated since the last time I had gone in a few years back. We will absolutely be coming back for cookies and ice cream. Best cookies ever!

They have always been prompt with my orders for cookie cakes and have been my go-to place. One time my friend dropped a cookie cake after she walked out the door and the cake was ruined. The employee at the store saw her fall and they replaced it for free!

The staff here is incredibly friendly and their cookies are delicious.
