I googled Jewelry cleaning and this one popped up as a search, read the reviews and thought hmm 🤔 must give it a try! I called and inquired if they do jewelry cleaning and I was wondering how much it cost. The very friendly Abby, gave me a quote that was too good to be true! I came in from San Antonio and had them cleaned all within about 10 minutes or less! And my diamonds are looking way more sparkly than before! Thank you Abby for doing this for me! I had a wedding to attend so I didn’t want dull diamonds, I want them to shine bright like a diamond! Will definitely recommend and come back here for future needs :)

I am so glad that I read reviews and came here. After going to another well known jewelry store in New Braunfels and being told 2 months for a ring to be sized down 1 size, I came here. I was greeted warmly upon entering and was helped immediately!! I was very pleased to be told that it could be done the same day!!! I also saw some super cute earrings that I will be back to get for a Christmas present!! If you want personalized service and not made to feel like some random cog in a wheel, please visit San Anthony, they will take very good care of you.

So they were able to replicate my wifes sentimental costume engagement ring, which was all I could afford at the time. It was a complicated and elegant design however and San Anthonys recreated it perfectly with quality material. So now my wife has the sentimental first ring and the shiny new re-creation. I could not be happier with the final product. Also, my wife had them perform several repairs on some of her jewelry and watches and those also turned out perfectly. Great people, great prices, quality work. Were from San Marcos but it will always be worth the drive!

I had an excellent experience renting my suit on the week of Sept 20th. I was late in getting fitted for one do to scheduling and really didnt know of a place to go. A friend of mine had suggested San Anthony Jewelry and Formal. So I stopped by there on Monday afternoon and informed them that it was for the parade here in town the coming Friday morning the 24th. Looked at some options since they asked what the occasion was for and they helped me with everything that I was looking for. Everyone there were very nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in. I even got my battery for watch replaced as I was waiting, which didnt take long at all. Abby was very helpful as well since I informed her that I would be needing it again towards the end of Oct for the Dia de los Muertos Festival. She said that since they already have my measurements prior, that they will have the suit ready for me to try on again a few days before that event. I know I can expect the same exact experience as I did the first time around when I go back to pick my suit up again. I will definitely do business with them again in the future and gladly refer them to anyone. I took my wedding ring that I have lost the center Diamond and they replaced it and did some extra work to make it more special. I will never shop anywhere else ever again. There work and customer service is so amazing. They are a 10 star for sure.. Keep up the amazing work!!

We took my 4 month old to get her ears pierced and San Anthony Jewelry was very gentle and walked us through the process before beginning. We were able to choose the exact positioning for the piercings, and had a beautiful selection of earrings to choose from. We highly recommend this place for infant ear piercings!

The staff here went well out of their way for me, even for a relatively small purchase. Their willingness to help and provide a high quality experience for even the most minor transaction has earned them my loyalty for my future jewelry purchases.

Had my ring fixed twice. Its ok but they take way too long 4 weeks first time and 3 weeks second time. Plus charging way too much. After replacing 2 of my stones for a total of 560.00 a third one need repair took it to another jewelry and total charge 30.00 and wait time 1hour. Be smart dont waste your time or money. I could have saved 500.00 . Wont make that mistake again.

I took a Michael Kohrs watch to be repaired.The time changer stem needed to be replaced. They wanted a $100 plus dollars to replace a $3.00 piece. And told us it would be a MONTH. LO. I was going to buy an engagement ring there as well, I won’t now. Stay away, unfriendly staff and way over priced.

My fiancée absolutely loved it! knowing the meaning behind it makes it that much more special and I am very happy with the unique cross that was created. Not to mention the awesome customer service.

I was the best dressed at the Annual Gala black tie event. I took their recommendations knowing I wanted a blue tux to match my girlfriends navy blue dress. They had one ready to go in only a few days notice and even stayed open late so I could come by and get fitted. I was also late dropping it off and the owner stayed open 30 minutes late so I wouldnt get a late charge. Great price, great service and I will come back.

Thank you guys for being super professional every time I come in thru the doors. I had both a tuxedo rental and a watch repair service at the same time. Been coming here for about a year, I definitely recommend this location.

I was having lunch at Cici’s right next door, and noticed one of my links on my stainless steel band was loose. Had called Ernesto’s earlier in the day and they quoted me $5. Due to the convenience factor being right next door..decided to try these guys. After I handed the watch over, i waited 10 minutes while he did some small talk ..commenting on my watch ( not a cheap one)..then, when finished, presented me a bill for almost $30. I don’t care if he did brain surgery ..for 10 minutes work he should have told me up front what the bill was, instead of being dishonest and sizing me, and my watch up. Totally appalled at this experience and would not recommend my worst enemy here.

Take my watch to fix here they said I would be ready in a week ... I spent a full month and nothing finally called me on the phone and just to go to pick up my watch without fixing it very bad service I do not recommend this business at all. ...
