Good product range. This locations is geared more toward commercial bulk sales but you can buy products as single items for house hold uses. I like the convenience packs near the registers. You can get the same type of items that you would a the other places, but with more of a personal touch from their team. It is not just tools. They also carry paints for street marking, and cleaners for janitorial jobs. Huge range of product line. They tools I could us to build derby cars for my son. I am coming back.

Horrible customer service

Needed common items,1st item I needed was 10 1 well nut, he only had 8 of them and only had 6 screws for them.2nd items I need was 28-1/4 x 2 SS machine screws, did not have them3rd items I needed was 36-10 x2 SS counter sunk machine screws, you guessed it did not have any
