First time I bought a ham from them for a family dinner. I thought it kinda of expensive but everyone loved the ham. It made it easier for me as I didnt need to cook it. Just open cut and serve. The extra money was worth it.

Food is always good and the cashier that was there @5pm 5/1/21 was super nice and helpful, thank you for the great service.

I went to get a ham bone for soup. The woman in charge happened to carve up a ham shank and worked it out so I could get a bone. She was super helpful and gave me the info needed for the next time I need a bone. Their ham, by the way, is terrific!

Went this morning to pickup my Honey Baked Ham. I paid in advance to take advantage of the curbside service do to the pandemic. Tim took my payment over the phone. Well arrived at the curbside spots called no answer called several times no answer. Got in line when I got to the counter I ask for Tim, while waiting I called the phone just rang and rang. I told tim if your going to offer curbside service then follow through. Honey Baked Ham in New Braunfels for what you pay for a ham has horrible customer service I would not recommend them to my Dog.

Disappointed at the changes that have been made.When I got my order (lunch order) there were no pickles in the bag with the sandwiches, and I guess they changed the pickles because they aren’t speared anymore, the pickles were my favorite. I got 1 chicken salad sandwich and it was super small with very little chicken salad in it. I wanted a sweet tea but the tea was empty. This used to be my favorite place to get sandwiches from.

We tried boneless and bone in samples and were offered a soft drink while they glazed a ham for us. It was delicious and they had ready to heat sides to take home.

This is a wonderful place to get a ham. The staff were very nice and helpful. See you again!

Honey ham is delicious also got a hambone to make some beans they offer side dishes pot roast and deserts and the staff is fabulous so friendly if you havent tried honey ham you should

The lunch specials are a hidden treasure, pity those who havent found it. The manager is outstanding. Try the tavern club sandwich.
