Went to buy 4 x4 limestone patio rock and I need 5 piece and I like 2 of them and they would bust open another bundle for me to buy.. I cant believe they woulduke 500 dollars just walk out of door... very poor customer service

After reading thru reviews, I am wondering why my trip to this business was not like the rest, mine was horrible. Was told one thing by one staff, then three staff told me something different. Then after 30 min sweating my behind off with none of their assistance I received a lecture from another staff. Maybe good customer service and assistance is saved for their bigger customers, sure wasn’t there for this lowly homeowner.

Years ago, my dad and I used to get holey rock for our aquariums that we built and maintaned. We have been coming back for years because of the selections, prices, and helpfulness. This weekend is Easter and they were understandably closed today. I called on Friday and told them I am from McAllen so I wasnt going to to make it in time so the lady that answered said she would leave me the price sheet outside the gate so I could see. My wife and I have a few projects we wanted to do. They are very helpful and very kind. I really like coming here, even just to look around.

I learned of this place from my builder who recommended I use them as my supplier of my exterior limestone. Yes, their pricing and product were very good. I really became impressed with them when I started needing materials for my own little projects; walkways, raised flowerbeds, etc. They were very patient with me and once youve learned the weigh-load-weigh-pay routine, you are in and out in no time. Nice folks, great pricing, incredible selection. Glad I live only 13 miles away. Go on a weekday in the late morning and you have the place to yourself.

Sent my wife on a mission to pick up a yard of top soil for our yard to dress and prep for new sod. She states that they were very friendly and informative in helping decide which compost was right for the job. Thanks for the great product and price.

They have a very copetitive prices over the stone, the sand is expensive (you can find it for half price somewhere else). The customer service is poor, I went to pick up a stone and the young lady was rude when I was trying to buy a nice piece of Lueders stone, because I didnt have the right vehicle.She was yelling to the guy in the machine, she dindt said nothing about rules or policies she was mad and told me it something happen to the stone you will pay and I say I will pay it if the stone in the truck is damage, no when your people is working on it and I didnt touch.UPDATE: I return for the Lueders stone(2in x 2 x 7 foot), in this time the owner came to me and said, if want that piece of stone you need to pay $400. (It sounds more like retalietion because it wasnt special cute, it was unique cut to way diference) The same price that you pay for ton. So I decide to looking an other stone supplier. Yes, when i saw the same attitude from the old lady I let her know about this review and told her She wasnt nice.*Of course, people justufy them self because they know they were wrong. But never they going to say Sorry for your bad experience. Just see the reviews and their response.Thats why always Im looking for really nice customer experience😉
