We spent $25000- only to be greeted by a receptionist that greets you with “yes”. Really. Thats sad. Happy with my bldg but surely not a way to greet your customer - twice we have been addressed in that fashion. Twice! So its mot a person just having a moment or a bad day. For that- you get 3 stars!
