The office team was kind, patient and friendly. They are a small operation, but they have big hearts for kids and for music. I’ll give them my business every chance I can.

What can I say,service above and beyond, knowledge about what I needed and even bought nice case for my bass guitar!

My son is starting band this year in middle school and is trying out the trombone. We went to get instruments and sign contracts last night at the school, and the woman who helped us called me this morning explaining she had forgotten to have me sign the actual contract. I am not close to their shop and I could not meet her at the school today to sign, so she drove all the way to my work office in Universal City to bring me the contract to sign and the trombone to take home for my son. Its not often that any company goes above and beyond for their customers, but this one certainly does. After telling me that my time is valuable and it was her mistake, I do believe she has made a life-long customer out of me! For any of my instrument needs, this is where Ill be going for always and so should you. Customer service is a lost art, but definitely not to these folks!

Nice service!The first time I went into this store, I was looking for a guitar table and I got hooked up. A year later, I got a pickup on one of my guitars fixed there, at no cost! This store has very good service and is not too pricey.

Owners are super nice! They work with you, and they even help you get replacement pieces for leased instruments, that would normally cost over twice as much. They have been Soo helpful to us. I would not recommend going to any other music store, as I have been to them all, and nothing compares to 3D musics knowledge and customer support. Best music shop around!!

Friendly, speedy, knowledgeable service! They were even willing to go the extra mile and offered to pick up an instrument wed rented because I work graveyard shift and its hard to get there during their hours. Five star people. :)

The owners are the nicest people. If you need an instrument, they will go above and beyond to find you what you need. I definitely recommend this store for all your music needs.

Superior service! I needed my daughters clarinet repaired quickly before UIL and they were happy to help. I would have gladly paid extra for the rush service but they only charged me for the repairs and material. They were very informative and educated us on the basic ins and outs of my daughters instrument(since were fairly new to band). This is definitely a business that really cares about the customers needs and not just profit. I will gladly continue to give them my business!

Diane of 3D Music made a lifetime customer today. She joyfully taught me how to restring and tune my guitar, and cleaned and polished it too, all for free! Better than expected, served my daughter a cup of hot cocoa while he strung up my bass, very knowledgeable and accommodation is superb, small business and exactly what I want for customer service, prices are on point and not outrageous, was very straightforward and didnt try to sell me on what I was looking for like NB music did, listened to what I was looking for and even gave me tips to improve performance
