I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. I had lost my tracking number on a package that i had send and my wife called the UPS store and Jennifer answered. she was so polite and helpful and after a little while found our tracking number. It was a very important package that the company said had not been delivered but with Jennifers help they located it. Entire staff are just super.Thank you Jennifer

I had a bunch of legal documents that required witnesses and a notary and Alysse at UPS Store 4200 in New Braunfels at 301 Main Plaza was such a pleasure to work with. She was very patient and thoughtful to ensure everything was completed. She also assisted with the copying and scanning. EXCEPTIONAL customer service and quality assurance! THANK YOU ALYSSE! This store consistently goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. The employees are all extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. There have been *multiple times* where they have my projects ready and waiting for me, even bringing them from another store far away (that has the special sized printer I needed) all the way here so that it is more convenient for me, saving me almost an hour of driving. That is service! They always greet me with a smile and get me in and out the door quick. I will chose them over competitors every time because they are so reliable.

I’m sad to say that my experience was a terrible one. If I could give less than one star, I would. I arrived just before 6pm at 5:59pm. The girl inside was vacuuming and quickly ran over to the lock the door when she saw me pull up. I took a screenshot of my location with the timestamp of 5:59pm. She completely ignored me knocking on the door and finally looked up and waved her hand saying she was closed and couldn’t help me. My packages already had labels on them they were ready to go. I am horrified that they would treat any customer in this manner and not, at the very least, offer an option. I know this is an independently operated franchise but I will never ever recommend this store again. Such a RUDE employee with no conscience of how she represented this center in the middle of a small town. When so many businesses are struggling, she just helped me tell everyone that they don’t really need the business and couldn’t care less about customer service.* Owner’s response is dismissive and not at all customer centric. I suppose asking employees to work 10-hour shifts means it is permissible to run and lock the door when a customer’s car pulls up at 5:59pm.

I had a load of copying to be done and Abi jumped right in and offered to assist me. She was fast, friendly and extremely helpful. I was in and out in a matter of minutes!

Every UPS store Ive been to has been top notch with a great customer service attitude until I entered the Main Plaza UPS. My wife and I were the only ones in the store and Dillon was kind enough to accept my request for notary service. I did not know UPS will only handle notary service through appointment. In addition to notary service, we also needed copies of financial documents and postage to mail the documents. Dillon assisted us making copies without a problem.Dillon assisted another customer who had a large return order. Two other attendants helped people as they came in while I waited to pay for my services. Customer after customer were assisted while I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I told a female attendant named either Kathleen or Katherine I had waited long enough and could I be processed to pay my bill. Her name tag said she was in training. Immediately, the female attendant and Dillon acted like I had asked them to perform an impossible task. The female attendant processed my mailing label and asked me to verify everything she had processed was correct. I pointed out that she had misspelled my return mail address and provided her with a mailing label so she could format it correctly. She made revisions and gave me a second copy to review and it also had the wrong address. The female said Do you want me to correct it???? I stated Do you think the postal system will know how to return it me with the wrong address you typed She bristled and said I cant speak for the postal system. Dillon, whom I assume is somewhat of a lead attendant observed the female employee but said nothing. When I gave it back to her to correct again, she made the changes and finally typed my address correctly.When I run into pathetic customer service, I try to live by discretion is the better part of valor. I left the UPS trying to understand what had happened and could not explain it to myself. For some unknown reason, the female attendant was either not having a good day or needs more training. If Dillon is in fact the office lead, he should have taken over the transaction and not just remain a silent observer.I WILL NOT be returning this UPS in the future.

Fantastic service at this store from abi she was exemplary in explaining and talking me through the process I needed to go through for my package to be shipped and delivered well before Christmas.

I use UPS for everything I need shipped out or even when I need printing when Im on the go. Abi helps me every single time and is awesome to work with!

HORRIBLE customer service. Ups is already expensive and if you dont have a label printed but have the label number they will charge you 3 dollars to print the label. No wonder they are 2nd to FedEx. Beteeen customer service and costs this could easily take them down with any competition in the future. Now on top of everything else they want to make you wear a mask in their store but their drivers dont wear a mask coming into businesses to deliver. Ohh wait, they are on a higher level and vaccinated! Ups, get your stuff together and get people in the stores that want to help people for the money they are spending. If you want people to wear a mask do some advertising. Made me feel like I was a virus and embarrassed me not knowing yall want masks. Do stuff but do it differently then you are.

I’ve had to stop in here numerous times based purely on the location, but I have never had a bad experience. They are helpful and get me in and out quickly. As a small business owner, this is important as time is money.

Been dropping off packages here for a while. Was always great service. Now they want to charge me $1.25 to run an 8 inch strip of packing tape on a package? Ridiculous. I could understand if I didnt tape anything on a big package (kinda)... Wont have to worry about me dropping anything off here anymore. Ill go to fed ex or postal annex

Sterling was so helpful and thoughtful.

When I purchased a mail box, never intended for it long term. The store never informed me that there would be a charge to forward mail. I declined, and told most people my new address. The few people that I didn’t get a chance to notify, their mail stayed at the store for a month plus before mail was returned. I was recently informed a check just got mailed out to me at that old address so I informed the store and one employee said he would make a note and hold it for me. Went by to see if the check had arrived, the employee that was assisting me was very rude and almost refused to check in the return mail slot, she barely look and said there was nothing there. And then told me very abrutley that I will not get anything there, and if so all will be sent back.I would check out everything there before you do business with them. I also heard that they would charge you 1.45 to put a piece of tape on a box for you.Just not a very user friendly place!

Busy place on Saturday. The woman there, Claudia, greeted each customer as they entered and took care of the one in front of her. Great place.

Broke the law by not accepting an expired id for notary services saying their corporate franchise law superseded the state governments executive disaster order that states Ids that expired after March 13 are valid for at least 60 days after the declaration of disaster was made on March 18.

The staff was not helpful. Wanted to charge me for using their tape to close a box, after allowing me to use the tape. Seriously, tell people about charges first.

Had two packages delivered to the wrong address. I was lucky that the people that received them returned them to my house. UPS didnt do anything about it nor tried to make it up
