I walked into her store afraid to try a new style, but Joyce kindly encouraged me to take a leap of faith and trust her. Pampered hair is my go to place for quality hair for a reasonable price. Ive been going here for years and have tried other products but nothing beats the quality of pampered hair. Joyce the owner is knowledgeable and always takes time to explain options. You cant go wrong, great place.

I am from out of town. I wanted to buy hair and get it installed the same day because I had to catch a flight the next morning. Joyce was so accommodating from the beginning when i spoke with her on the phone. She drove from her place to the shop to show me some hair sample, and made lots calls to nearby salons to help install my hair. I was desperate and she was there in every step of the way. I had my hair installed that day and have been loving it since them. The hair is soft and sleek. She even drove me to the salon where I had my hair installed. This woman is incredible and totally creative!!

Joyce was so kind and understanding of what I needed. She truly shows she cares for each of her customers, and is willing to work with them until they are completely satisfied with their hair. Very sad with Pampered Hair.She did a great job the first time that I went too hair. Hair matched perfectly and lasted almost a year. I called her back and informed her that I wanted the same hair that you put on the first time. She remembered me and my hair when I went in or the consultation.I have no idea about hair or my own, that’s why I go to professionals for my hair. She did the consultation and again as we sat and talked she mentioned my hair, what technique she used. Stated yes, the same hair, it worked for my hair and it looked just like mines.Put the hair in, she wet it with water, it curled and so forth. I went home my child said that the hair is not human hair. I wished I would have listened, but she’s the professional and I believe it takes a moment to adjust. Well, the hair never adjusted. I told her that my time and schedule is tight. I don’t have the time to schedule appointments with my beauticians, and I don’t have time to continue to add products, and try products on this hair. Yes, she did do a check call, again, I don’t have time to respond to everyone and by the time my day is finished which is around 10pm-midnight, she’s not in her shop. I’m constantly servicing others, booking flights, paperwork that my time is limited.Anyway, I sent her pictures in which she stated she could not see. I told her the hair is matted ALL THE TIME!! I have bumps in my head, I’m leaving black dye on the hotel pillow cases, and my hair is extremely dry! She stated to use conditioners and I did. I do not comb my hair, nor the weave. I braid my own hair as I done with the weave. I took care of the weave like it was my own hair.Yes, we schedule a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving in which I could not make due to being held over in Arizona, then the Thanksgiving Day weekend in which I just got off the plane was very ill, we were texting until she stopped. I was upset and sick, not a good combination. I worked around her schedule and she’s talking about cutting short her Thanksgiving! Well that’s what business is all about!I paid you $600 for hair and installation, and you want me too pay another $443 for what? Like I stated too her, unless you are going to pay me the cost of $1500-2000 for the day to come in to fix what you should have done the first time, then why do I have to pay you again? This is not good BUSINESS! She believes that she is right.. I have pictures. By the way, she said she did not remember the kind of hair she put in my hair the first time, and that she found it difficult to find my receipt from the first time she done my hair. Then she added, I must have filled out the receipt the first time... WHAT? She then said she used wet and wavy hair. When a previous customer comes and tells you that they want the same product you used, you tell them A. I do not have those records, or do you remeber the type of hair or B. I may have the information somewhere, please give me time to find it. I told her, I can call my hair care specialist right now with her on the phone in which I had not seen since 2015, but befor that 2005, she can tell you how many times I visited with dates, how long my hair has grown by inches every year and the products that she used in my hair.NOW THAT A PROFESSIONAL! And when I know I’m visiting Milwaukee, she schedules time for my hair to be done so she will know what she needs. “Lisa, what we doing today, the same thing?” Yes, Mrs. Evelyn. Again that’s A PROFESSIONAL!Hate to say, NEVER AGAIN will I go there. Be careful! I have no idea what’s in my head?!?
