Absolutely avoid this ♿ company @ all cost they have completely fell apart even hospital staff and other resources dont like working with them Ive been a client for ten years now and trust me go with any other company you can youll thank me later
Wheelchair company is very horrible beyond words. They should not be in business. Ive never felt or said this about any company. But they should shut down.For they do not care even one bit about customers needs.Please Stay away from this company!Words to describe National Seating mobility areSlow, Careless, horrible, worthless, Crass, horrible, SLOW.I cant say horrible, and slow enough.If you like worthless customer service. Call them.
Im planning to leave this company as a provider for wheelchair equipment. Im happy about this choice. And I do not recommend this company to anyone! Unless you want to be screwed really hard
Everything even smallest repair has taken at least 10 months, MONTHS, started getting a replacement chair in feb now it has taken THEM so long to process that I have to start over with the initial doctor visit then assessment by physical therapist...all of which took them 8 months so why will it take less than 6 months this time? Of course they get to charge for their time so maybe its a scam. Steer clear of this bunch of incompetents.
Ive had some problems with other wheelchair providers in the past but this company is amazing with Taylor every single time Taylor comes out he always make sure to fix my chair to every bolts and every piece possible hands-down amazing company with Taylor on board
