I forgot the actual website I need to leave a review on, but a nice lady named Dorothy was very helpful! There was an item I wanted, but it didn’t have a price tag and it was the only one in store. And she gave me a good deal on it. She was also very patient with me considering all the items and questions I had.

Like this location better than Torrington store. My friend applied at Torrington, store and an interview was set. She called the day before and told them she had to cancel it ( she has to go out of town for a funeral) she made it clear have the manager call me to reschedule. Mr. Cornell never called them. Which was rather rude

Asked young girl at the cash register a question about a product, she was rude, half asleep,, and too busy on her cellphone. It seemed as though I disturbed her nap. The store is already high priced, with the combination of a employee like her, its amazing your doors are open. I just went to this Michaels again,2 weeks later. The store itself is fine, but same young female staff at register, brain dead, and not helpful

This is by far the best Michaels that Ive ever been to. It has a great selection of literally everything. The store is very open and bright, which is a plus.

Found everything I needed for some Valentines Day candy and cookie making at reasonable prices. Store was clean and well stocked and has helpful employees. You can usually find a coupon on their website or app which makes it more affordable. The custom framing team does a great job and I have used them a number of times.

I was looking for a gift box and had no idea where to find it. A young lady who works there stopped what she was doing and showed me where they were. She was friendly and she saved me a lot of time.

Michaels has a great selection whether you want to decorate your home or take up some sort of craft. I have had some issues with products not being stocked however they are usually my first go to.

To pricey and the two ladies who worked there were rude to my granddaughter and I spoke to the supervisor about it and she said she would speak to them.. 😒

Pretty good selection. They dont have aisle direction one-way stuff, so if thats important to you dont go. But they had a lot decently/well priced items.

This place is usually a pretty good location, though the last two times I’ve gone theres been a young man working up by the registers who has loud conversations about his personal life with other workers while checking out customers as well as complaining in obnoxious fashions about customers that have come through. Makes the environment a bit uncomfortable and hostile to shop in.

Love the cardstock they have for paper flowers.

Curbside service was wonderful. The parking lot is a little crazy but the customer service was great.

Always a joy to shop a craft store thats clean tidy organized even on a 70percent off sale . Staff are ways courteous and ready to help. I did alot of browsing, theres always something new to find. The shelves were stocked neatly were organized.

They have some very good craft projects and gifts for young kids. The service is friendly and helpful. Good place for do it yourself frames. They do not have a great paint by numbers selection, so try Hobby Lobby.

Michaels is definitely the place to go to for all your crafting and project needs. I had to pick up some materials for my daughters school project. We were able to obtain everything we needed. Only downside is that I almost fainted when seeing the price of everything.Pro: Get what you needCon: Can get pricey fast

Great selection of arts and crafts. Very good prices. Cashiers are pretty helpful and always ask if I found what I needed.The store is pretty well stocked and have a huge selection of merchandise, so much so, that it can be overwhelming. Free WiFi as well with email sign-up.They have an area for special programs for activities on many different hobbies. Ive never been in one or tried but it seems nice enough to know they have one available.I guess the only reason I dont give this a 5* review, is that sometimes in the winter time, they dont have their parking lot very clean. I mean sometimes, it might seem even dangerous and daunting to have to deal with that kind of condition. Especially if youre handicapped or elderly.

I love this Michaels! It sits back from the street behind Chilis and Burger King. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The displays and products are always arranged nicely and clear signs make it simple to shop.

The cashier had a problem ringing up the sale she wasnt sure how many items she rang up 8 items and I said void out sale and start again she said she didnt know how to do that and was giving a lot of attitude. She threw my items in the bag as if she was doing me a favor. This isnt the first time this woman was rude to me and disrespectful to me. Someone needs to be retrained how to use the register and how to properly treat customers.

Do not come to this store if you need assistance with crafts. The staff is rude and clearly not trained, especially the manager Dorthy who became frustrated with me for simply asking for advice. I was looking to frame a poster and have it professionally matted and the staff were nothing but rude and unhelpful. Being someone who does not have experience with crafts, I thought this would be the place to go but I was wrong.

Huge! Best selection I have ever seen at a Michaels! Went with a friend just to keep her out if trouble and ended up getting in trouble myself! The staff were outstanding and if I couldnt find something, they found it in just minutes! Impressed me!

The one on the Berlin Tpk has the sun BLASTING customers right in the eye at the registers in the early bcevening. They need shades because the tinted film on the windows does SQUAT!
