There is a sign CLEARLY posted in front of each register that says employees are required to wear masks. Of the three employees, only one had a mask and it was around his neck protecting noone. Also, several customers around with no masks either. What a terrible example theyre setting for the community. Clearly they dont care.

During this time of pandemic face coverings are mandatory! Every day that I go in the store the face covering mandate has not been enforced oh, several customers go in and get served even though theyre not wearing a mask

Slim jims are really expensive, but they have a good deal of 2 for $2.99 two litter coke products.

So i come from outta of town to get my coffee every morning monday thru Friday which i work close to this store.on friday i got doubled charged for a coffee.so the general manager who i told laughed and told me to call the main office.like for 1.05.she could of said just grab one on tge house today.i could care less about the 1.05 the laughing part got me pissed.lost a spending customer.

Nasty & Lazy staff & manager always on her cell. 1st shift staff & crew always talking never on top of there A-game far as keeping coffee refilled, or cream dispenser & milk refilled. The place is hardly ever clean Top Management needs to pay unexpected visit. Its very rude to be on your cell when there a line in store folks trying to go to work it makes you not want to even go there. As customer i refuse to go there anymore. Its unacceptable & i refuse to rate it any higher it really needs to be looked at its a reflection on Cumberland Farms. I go to other Cumberland Farms never have this issue & i mean never because they have right management running the place & the staff is always cleaning to make the place more inviting not East Street. Something to think about i truly hope they get it right for East Street location or reevaluate the manager who calls herself a Manager she not firm enough or just dont care as i see it.

I cant beleive a gas station like Cumberland doesnt have change for $100 bill. This white short hispanic guy with glasses and a ponny tail was just been rude with me. I live a minute away from Cumberland and I always stop for gas and cigarrettes but not anymore. Poor service the manager is very rude, unprofessional and she barely work. I always see her sitting around or talking to customer for a long period of time while its busy in the store. I will not give this place my service

I think it disrespectful for customers not to have at least one restroom for us to use!!!

I drove 15 minutes out of my way to come to a Cumberland Farms and their gas pumps arent even working

I like cumberland farm but this is just like any other gas station to small dont have all the stuff that other one have need an upgrade or a new location in New Britain

Negative attitudes

Visit this location on Sunday at 8:15 pm. Went in to play lottery and the cashier told me I couldnt play the drawing was going on. She even ask a co-worker for help, they both seem to not know that the lottery drawing is at 1030pm. Someone needs retraining in lottery

Not so clean a lil friendly
