Fresh meats and vegetables. Everything is clean.. My only issue with the store is how small the isles are, walking past people with a cart is a chore. Best to go during low traffic times.

PSA: WARNING ⚠️So a few months ago we spent $100 in food stamps at this C Town in New Britain. They charged us $200. We called DSS and they got the $100 refunded. Now I just checked my balance and Im missing almost $400 in food stamps (balance was high because our card snapped in half and it took forever to get replaced). I check our transactions, and C-Town charged us $240 on the 8th and then $120 on the 10th. We havent been back there since the first time. They stored our card info and stole from us again.

Hi, I didnt think I was able to see a ctown supermarket at this part it felt like been home, the place has different items, products, all vegetables, fruits, household goods, prices reasonable it was like shopping 🛍 around my area, staff very friendly, attractive & will help you out & directly to were you could find it or go with you if you require it, stop by & you decide.

Store itself is not bad, decent prices on food. Unfortunately English is a forgotten language.I dont get it, how can these people who work in a supermarket, customer service really, but not be able to speak a word of English. This is America, English, is the language. Learn it.

Altho this place has everything i need and the cashier was nice, the prices for the oxtails were outrageously high at 15.00 per pack for 6-8 tails in a pack I mean come on!! I may as well buy the whole cow. I did purchase a few items but i wont be back at these prices. And, i saw two shady characters w suits just standing in the isle as if they were waiti g to greet someone. Who in the heck were they? Lol

Very bad experience managers doesn’t speak English at all and i can understand they have a lot of Hispanic people but supervisors are supposed to know English, also very bad services from them both, and they don’t even look for customers satisfaction definitely not coming back there again poor customer services

If you dont speak spanish dont bother going. You will be mistreated.

Fresh Produce Cashiers r a bit snootie clean store

Store was a Hot mess today. Cash Only transactions and they were restocking the shelves. Boxes everywhere couldnt go up the aisle with the cart. Had to leave it at the ends and carry stuff to cart.

I really like the international selection of foods here. If you are cooking P.R., Mexican, other Latin American/Caribbean cuisine, this is the spot 2 get your ingredients 👍👍👌✌

The store itself was nice everything out up in nice detail and seemed clean as can be. Spanish music playing in background was like a nice stroll through spain and enjoying the culture. That was awesome. But..... The people who work there arent as nice. I felt as though I was being treated poorly because I am not spanish and cant speak spanish. I was not even spoken to by the cashier but she spoke in spanish to the other co worker in front of me which I couldnt believe how rude she was. And when I asked the man at the produce isle for a bag to hold my meat he pointed to a isle and said over there I said thank you and he replied.... Uh huh. But had no problem speaking in spanish and holding a great conversation with the other people who speak spanish in the store. Because of this I prob wont come back which is unfortunate because they had some great prices and some really good looking meats besides the hamburger I def would not buy the ground meat there it is sitting in its pool of blood and in brownish in color and the steaks a cheap and not in good shape either. There was no hot food in which I was told there was there. They said on the phone that they had a hot bar but I didnt see any of it. Everyone should be treated equal but in this store they act like they are alpha and its not right I wish these workers would be a little nice at least and make everyone feel welcome.

Come around 11am and get a order of rice and beans with pernil, a rib and some platano maduros.. its great and surprisingly better than many restaurants around here.

CTown offers delivery with $50 minimum purchase. Thats a 5 star!! Their selection of deli, meat, fruits/ veggies is great. CTown is the ONLY place in New Britain where I can pick up my favorite hot sauce😊. The workers are courteous,and very helpful. Store is clean, however the aisles are narrow - good for the little carts on wheels.

I was very impressed with their section of meats and the quality...wow, beautiful. Ill be back there to shop for my meats and fruit.

The workers there are very friendly lots of good prices they have lots to offer lets not forget if you need a ride home with your groceries they do it for free and help you bring the groceries to your door..

I found regular sized maxi pads for a friend, liquid hand soap, and toilet paper.There are fruits and vegetables and other items that you cant get from traditional grocery stores, not even Walmart. Like, Jamaican yellow game, coco blanco, chicken gizzards, and turkey necks. Huge selections of meat choices and cuts!This is worth the almost 30 minute drive from New Haven to New Britain to do shopping. I absolutely love this grocery store. Meat is always fresh, milk is fresh, bread is fresh, parking lot is fresh. My dog called the store once and spoke with the manager to see if they were out of dog food, the manager politely said yeah we have dog food. My kids just finished middle school and Im strongly considering they attend high school here because of their excellent service. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

I think is a nice place to find Hispanic variety but be careful with the meat products they are mixing old meat with new meat just to make profits. Also check the expiration date of some bread and products on sales. They’re making profit with that to. I have tow bad experience with the meat and other products.
