One of the butchers very rude with bad attitude, I walked out without buying anything and I went to another store aven if I live about a mile from them. we are not getting the meat and groceries for free, if the business keeps running because customers are buying, they have to understand that, and they train their stuff to act respectfully with customers this is AMERICA.

Terrible attitude of cashier and main butcher. Other butchers in the shop have decency but the cashier is rude and main leader of butchery is rude. So unfortunate these people have good stuff but ZERO attitude and ZERO customer service. I would tell everyone DO NOT order your meats on the phone as they dont care. You should go to the shop and make the order in person oyherwise expect your order to be messed up

Store does a poor job cleaning up their inventory, twice now bought items with expired shelf life. Clerk argued with me initially refusing to replace a food item with expired shelflife. Check your merchandise before you leave the store. I hope they get a visit from the department of health.

A Brotherly place where you are always welcomed by hardworkers and very humble people...The meat section is so clean and very well organized... Also you better pay attention the store is so pack of diversities and so full that you might get lost very fast ...I heard more is coming on the market and it hurts knowing that I have to leave New Britain soon... But I will look back .

The old guy at front counter is super arrogant and rude.

Be careful when you go to get Meat. I ordered a whole Goat thigh, the butcher after weighing it goes in the hindsight to pretend he is cleaning it but cuts a chunk of meat and leaves it behind to steal it and on being asked at the end pretends as if he forgot and tries to think we are fools. Doesnt greet and I am afraid they have some kind of Arab pride.
