First experience was really good! They are very friendly but I called two days in advance to schedule a delivery and they confirmed the date and my credit card number. Oil was never delivered called to see why and they never put me on the schedule/delivery list even tho it was confirmed with me. They are located right up the street from me like .3 miles and wouldn’t even offer same day delivery because of their mess up..

Was promised next day delivery and delivery was never made even though I called to make sure I’ll get my oil delivered. Sad especially when it’s extremely cold and I have children in my home!

Rahshaan and Tanesha were both very accommodating on the phone and in person and I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for a heating oil company in the Hartford-Windsor area!
