My Ohio-based trucking company worked for Essex Machine in October 2018 and has yet to receive payment for truckloads delivered on time and without incident. Essex owes us $14,875 and will not pay. We have hired an attorney, and are still told they will not pay. We have offered payment options to no avail. Looking to place a lien on Essex and contacting CT Attorney General. We just need paid!
