The company I work for, DealPoint Merrill, LLC redevelops vacant big box stores into self-storage facilities nationwide. Last year, the company purchased the vacant Shaws grocery store in New Britain, CT, and immediately starting looking at landscape services since the property had minimal services while it sat vacant for many years.I spoke with Mark Kozon, and he and his team went right over there and sent us a complete property evaluation and they even photographed the entire property. We were thrilled! We took one step at a time, and after the redevelopment was completed Mark and the team got all the trees and islands in the parking lot looking amazing!They sent us a complete detailed program for all 4 seasons, and to include their Snow removal program (which is amazing by the way). Everything was completed in a timely manner, and they took some amazing after photos for our team. We have actually been using them on many of our marketing pieces.As a happy customer, we highly recommend All State Landscaping Services, and their personal touch and communication is the best! A 5-Star Team!

I am giving a one star rating, poor value and not professional.I was looking for a professional landscape company to repair my underground pipes.install a center island and new soil along with new sod.So Patrick Haggett came over to go over the job he and his crew was going to perform.They seemed very professional but at the end Patrick was all talk and was nothing special.All he wanted was my almost 12000.00 dollars and never once stood by his word.So after the job was done I had some dead spots in my new sod a dead tree and dead plants .Only thing Patrick snd allstate did was replace a few dead plants to passive me.He always had answers as far as the dead tree goes and also the dead sod.He said I had a fungus and or beetles this is why I was having dead spots in my new sod.He always had answers and did not want to hear my question.It was either his way or no way.I have worked at Home Depot for over 30 years if I ever talked to a customer at the depot like he talked to me I would of been talked to . When Pat came over my house he threw a bunch of bull my way just to get the job.After I signed the contract I had to almost beg him to call me.He always had excuses to why he could not answer my questions.The way he talked to me was a disgrace talking to a customer .Very poor customer service .

WHEN YOU INTEND TO APPLY FOR A JOB HERE AFTER VISITING THEIR WEBSITES OR SIMPLY APPLYING IN PERSON THEY NEVER CALL YOU NOR SAVE YOUR APPLICATION.I HAVE APPLIED SEVERAL TIMES EVEN WHEN THEY HAD THE WERE HIRING POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE AND NOTHING STILL. NOT REALLY PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL.

Great company ran by great people. They do a great job with snow removal too 🤘🏼
