I wouldnt trust my vehicle with these guys. Disorganized and completely clueless.
The service department is a joke. They had my father-in-laws Prius for 3 weeks to fix what should have been a simple bumper sensor issue. After paying high fee for diagnosis plus hundreds of dollars in parts, they are unable to fix it. Excuse after excuse. Once looking it over after their bungle, we found more damage they caused to the bumper (broken clips). Complete incompetency, flat out lied, and nearly $500 to be in worst shape than when they got it. Unbelievable to be able to stay in business. Will be reporting their service department to Toyota.
Im a neighbor of Preston Service and I would never trust my vehicles with them. I watch them daily speeding out of the lot in customer cars. The workers fly down W. Euclid Ave and Fly back into their service lot going as fast as they can. Beware of whos hands you are putting your vehicle in. Also to the workers, slow down, there are children and animals in the area.
Poor customer service. Couldnt even get an oil change and tire rotation done correctly. Didnt tighten down lug properly and caused damage to the wheel. Did NOTHING to make it right. Will never go there for service or a new vehicle.
