Quality work for a fair price. Very honest, got me out of a big jamb I thought my 1996 Ford Thunderbird was wrecked girlfriend hit a curb. First place I stopped said they could not fix my car. Steering wheel was upside down, Reds & Sons fixed the car $84.00. I do not know of any other repair shop I would trust as much. My 1996 Thunderbird is retired, but still runs! Thank you Nelson.

A couple years ago, my Saturn dealership told me that my car needed a head gasket rebuild - $3000+.Reds & Sons did some minor repairs and tests for a few hundred, checked up on it regularly for a few weeks, and helped me keep it running smoothly without an expensive overhaul. They take great care of it every time I bring it in. I just got it back tonight after they fixed a bunch of issues to get it ready for inspection this month... a broken exhaust flange that was making it run super loud, a light that was out, and worn brake pads. It runs smoothly and quietly now, and they took the extra time to clean up the interior and make it all nice. Thanks, guys! They have great prices for their work, and dont do unnecessary major repairs.One thing to note is that they are a small shop and they are sometimes very busy. This time, I dropped it off Saturday and they were able to squeeze it in and get it back Monday night! I think they were nice enough to bump up my order because of the inspection... but if you can, try to schedule further in advance.

I broke down out of state so I looked up a shop in the DE area with the best reviews and ended up here. Nelson replaced some parts on my suspension and even did some extra repairs that I asked for. Very family oriented and down home business....my only gripe is that the parts that were ordered, I found online for much cheaper, but that could just be non oem parts. Not sure.I highly recommend this shop for its quality of service. Happy New Years!

Great service, work was completed as scheduled. Had to have fuel pump replaced which means removing 35 gallon gas tank that was completely full. Van runs like new. Done in and out in one day.

Been going to his shop for years... always the consument gentleman and businesslike. His work is good, and thankfully he worked on payment when I was dealing with a family emergency. I had a bad experience. I heard great things about this place but after today I cant say the same. My car was to be ready at 11am today after about a month. My boyfriend dropped me off before work because otherwise I would not be able to pick up the car and go to clinical today. Mr. Nelson opened the door and began yelling that he told me 11, about his personal life problems, that he does not care anymore and I can take the vehicle (he did curse while expressing himself). My boyfriend and I calmly explained I was only there to wait and that he could take his time (I had my phone and snacks prepared to watch a movie). He reiterated that he did not care. He stated that he could not guarantee his work. I completely understood that he needed to guarantee it but he insisted that I take it and leave. The only mistake on our part was showing up at 8 when they open at 9 because we did not know the hours. Every phone conversation prior I took heed to what he said so Im assuming he had a bad day. This was my first time meeting him in person and it was not a good encounter. He did not charge me, and for that I am thankful. He did not take any amount of money, for again, not being able to guarantee. Im glad he got my car running and though he was rude and I wont be going back; He did help me out. I hoped he had a good day and left. My advice is to call before you come because you do not know what mood he will be in. Also I find it unprofessional and irresponsible that I really do not know what was done to my car. I never got a receipt or list of work.

Nelson is very kind and very honest. Everytime he replaces a part he makes sure you see the old part and the new part. He us not very expensive. I send everyone I know to him, specially if they are female. He will not cheat you.

Quickly repaired my vehicle at much lower price than the surrounding repair shops.

I absolutely love this place. Unlike a lot of other places that tend to cause a problem everytime they fix something Reds is not like that at all. I have a slightly older car but they have her running like new.
