I came in from out of town to visit a friend. I thought I would stop in this store to locate a product. I looked for the product and found that there were no more left. I asked a girl in the store if she had any more in the stockroom. She said we wouldnt have any more in the stockroom and went over to the shelf to tell me were out of them! While she told me, she looked at me with big eyes and told me nothing else. She didnt offer to help me with anything else or to take my name and phone number to let me know when the product came in. She didnt say have a nice day or take care. She said absolutely nothing else. This is yet another instance of poor customer service in a despicable city.

Helpful and friendly staff. Were quick to make suggestions based on what I asked for. Very knowledgeable about the store and its products!

The staff is just absolutely incredible!!! They are very helpful and will suggest different types of products to you. The store is very clean and well kept. I never ever had a bad experience with them..
