New Castle Flooring was excellent to deal with! Their crew was professional, efficient and very detailed oriented. Jeff and his crew were easy to work with and listened to what we wanted and they delivered on it! Very satisfied with their pricing and quality. We had 3 rooms, hallway and stairs carpeted. We also had new LVT installed in the bathroom. Great experience

The owner, Jeff was so disrespectful. I truly can not believe that a person can keep a business running this way. Jeffs employees made several errors during the flooring process. From materials arriving late, items ordered incorrectly and measurements done incorrectly Henry County Flooring has been a nightmare to work with. I was so disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Jeff actually told me that he had my money so he had the upper hand. He let me know that he didnt really have to resolve any of the issues if he didnt want to especially if I didnt, play nice with him! He proceeded to tell me that he MIGHT call me back but he doubts it as he didnt feel like it after I expressed my concerns. Jeff told me that he did not respect my opinion. He claims that since it was his EMPLOYEES who came to my house and not he himself that it really, isnt his problem that items were late, ordered incorrectly, the floors measured incorrectly, and the job STILL is not done. After telling me this isnt his problem he proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I am a home owner sent to this location by my contractor. I went here on the day and time I was instructed to and I selected my colors. That is the only involvement I have had in this process (that and writing the check for the bill of course). These errors were made 100% by Jeffs employees at Henry county flooring yet Jeff doesnt see why he should stand behind his company and resolve issues that arise. This is no way to run a business and all of his awful reviews out there speak for itself! They do not value their customers and they do not take pride in their work. Its a shame really.

From the time I walked in to look at samples of carpeting and linoleum, to when they arrived to install it...great friendly service. Couldnt be happier with all the staff. And it was also was nice to buy from a local family based business!
