Can count on finding whatever you need from here and be amazed at all that they have. The workers are very helpful with anything you need help with. They are also polite.

Vast selection of items. The store could use a good cleaning and some organizing. But the staff is helpful and friendly

I understand everyone is understaffed right now, so I take that in to account when I say this. The service here is terrible. Today was the third time I waited in line for 20 minutes without moving and I finally walked out. I wont be back. 8 employees up front. Only 3 registers open and 2 of those lines did not move while I was there. The one that was moving took forever per customer, which only had a handful of items each, because the cashiers seems incapable of scanning items and talking to the customers. I appreciate a little friendly chit chat but the checkout lane is not the time to catch up with the goings on of every person who steps in front of you. Besides myself, 4 other customers walked out without their purchases.

This store offers alot of variety and fair prices. The only downfall I have seen ..is the amount of dogs they allow to be brought into the store. Not the best idea where there could be shoppers with allergies, live chicks and rabbits and foodstuff being sold.

The one thing I love about Rural King is you can usually find what you need. A bolt fell off the housing that holds the brake calipers in place for my Explorer. I called a local auto parts store. They dont have the bolt. I go to Rural King, and sure enough I found what I needed.

I love a good ol farm store, I dont like the covid numbers climbing in Indiana and Rural King, They dont mask up... I mean, Im not giving you germs because I wear my mask everywhere, So that mean I dont want any of your germs either and I will not hesitate to tell to back up off me while standing in line.

Never go into Ruak King with a plan, alway come out with a full cart. Penlight flashlight, loads of bird food, some people food too! Nice people work there.

Went to get my son a trampoline, the staff was super helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and they even loaded in the car for me.

Definitely liked this place. Have never been considering we dont have any in Arizona. Lot of stuff to look at. Clothes, spices, canning supplies, etc. Will definitely go back when we come back to indiana

Love this store. It is a new experience for me to shop in a place geared to rural life as my life was totally urban before moving here. My check out guy was so courteous and even concerned about not bagging my items (many cans of cat food) so that each bag was not too heavy for me. Imagine that, being concerned about the customer!!! Thank you Rural King!!!

Use to love this store. went yesterday to buy some weed killer, nothing in right places to know price, saw that lawn stuff 50 % off so I got a cow planter that had a bunch with sign 50 % off. got to check out g I really was RUDE!!! I was using my debit as credit as I always do so I couldnt tell you my pin # (my fault) cause I always use credit. cashier said they wont do credit. thank God I had cash but she walked away to talk to other cashier....hello waited long enough, gave her cash at this point im upset!!!! we get home to Greenfield and I checked my receipt and the lawn planter that was supposed to be 50% off wasnt i was charged full price of 30.00....wow unreal. I am done going to do my shopping at menards!!!!!

This district store is absolutely A W F U L costumer service, checkout experience, retail exposure, etc. I am DISGUSTED AND BAFFLED in concerns to the new castle indiana location representing the brand store of Rural King! I wish I could refer to a word that is more demeaning than absolutely pathetic . And I have absolute 100% rights to this opinion as, ( even though I would hate to admit to it with the shambles of trash it has become) MY VERY FIRST JOB AS A TEEN WAS!, at this local store. And I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt the professionalism, efficiency, and over all top of the line distributions of products’ & sales were a MILLION TIMES & double that!, of what this trailer trashed, mediocre, bare MINIMUM of a train wreck you’d like to call a commercially advertised store (IF YOU’RE LUCKY TO EVEN GET THAT), THIS performance of SHENANIGAN IS OBSCURELY OBSCENE, let alone ludacris & laughing joke of what a retail store of any type of genera or them it proclaims itself to be. Absolutely DISGUSTED at the deficit this store has. It has by far crashed downhill and to its lowest of the lows. Shame for shame!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was ok. If you dont care to wait in line for awhile. They usually only have one register opened up. Unfortunately theres always a huge line. I wished that if the people that work there if theyd see that then why not go an open another register up.

They have some unique merchandise, and the lines move quickly. The do not accept EBT however, and their prices are high on a lot of things. I love the 40 Lb box of scoopable cat litter I get there for $10.99 though!

One of the worst Rural Kings in Indiana, never have stuff in stock. They act like youre going to steal something and dont care to help u you. Overall if you can go to a different one Do It! I like Rural King but not this one. Really run down and could use a retrain or new hire of the employees! Take my word for it my local store (Muncie) is nothing like this one!!!
