This company converted my bath shower into a walk-in shower. They were on time, neat and polite, Even offered to help me carry in cases of water! On Tuesday, July 6, 2021, PJ Fitzpatrick sent Gregory M and Jason L to renovate the Bath area of our Bathroom with a jacuzzi tub/shower. They arrived early at 8:15 am. First, they laid drop cloths from the front door, through the living/dining area and up the stairs to the Bathroom including the upstairs hallway. While reviewing with us exactly what they would be responsible for completing, they announced that it would take two days to complete the project. Second, they demolished the old Bath area mindful of keeping the demolition dust to a minimum. Third, installed the jacuzzi, with help from the assigned electricians, completed the demolition work performing a superb cleanup job, and turned on the water making sure the bathroom was usable overnight. Stored all the equipment they were leaving overnight in the jacuzzi tub.On Wednesday, the workmen returned at 8:15 am. Installed the Jacuzzi/tub walls; added shelves to the tub area and sealed all areas in preparation for the clear glass shower walls/doors arriving in a couple of weeks. Gregory gave us a detailed review of the complete functionality of all the workings of the new jacuzzi tub/shower. Along with all his other chores, Jason made sure that our home was in perfect order and clean prior to their departure.Gregory and Jason were courteous and respectful and worked very well together. Both made sure that we, as the customers, were pleased with their attention to detail throughout the duration of the work process and satisfied with the final product.We highly recommend Gregory M and Jason L for the excellent work performed on behalf of the PJ Fitzpatrick Company. Personally, Greg and Jason are terrific guys!!

I had never used PJ Fitzpatrick before as I had heard they were expensive but the old adage of you get what you pay for was true in my case. Ellis, the service representative arrived on time to address the cause of an extremely leaky basement window below my deck. He was the most professional, skilled and personable contractor I have ever dealt with. He also thoroughly explained everything he discovered and what exactly he was going to do to correct the problem. Shortly after the repair was completed, we had a very heavy rain and there was no leak. Thank you Ellis!

This was by far the worst experience with this company. Not only did they leave a pile of mess after they finished the job. No one claims responsibility for the mess they left. I just keep getting told “i will contact my boss, i will contact this department” it is ridiculous and I’ll never use this company again. Lastly, they charged our account for an incorrect amount for the services they did. The contract agreement and what they charged us for was a $2,000 difference. Sloppy, unprofessional and I am very displeased with this company. Never again.

I have used PJ Fitzpatrick for a few services with mixed results, but the window and door replacement was fabulous! The windows took a while to come in, but that wasn’t their fault (everything is back ordered right now) and they kept me updated as to when they would arrive. The crew arrived on time and whole project was really well done, within a few hours. We were very impressed, especially with the door replacement because the old door was a misshapen mess.

We live in the Harrisburg, PA area and wanted to have a quote for a roof repair for a rent property we own. We called and the call center was excellent and were able to get us an appointment at a convenient time for an estimate. We received a follow up call the day before and confirmed our appointment and that is when things went down hill quickly.The estimated came to our place to check out the roof in a car. No ladder or other tools so that was curious. After 10 minutes he stated he wanted to get a drink at the gas station a block away. Though odd we didnt have a problem with that, what we did have a problem with is he never came back! My wife and I waited 45 minutes (they wanted us both there for the estimate) with a 1 year old and 3 year old at the rental house trying to keep them calm and entertained. I called the the main corporate number and the call center attempted to call the estimator with no answer. She apologized profusely and stated the regional sales manager would call me the next day.The next day comes and goes with no call. I attempted to call back and explained the issue again to the call center. Since it was Saturday they stated the regional sales manager was not in and they would make a note for him to call Monday. No call on Monday nor the rest of the week. This is one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with a contractor.BUYER BEWARE!

The entire team was amazing. Starting with Michael in sales to John in project management to Carlos and the entire team. This is a follow up review. I still agree service gentleman was very polite. He showed me all that needed repair. One item I was not aware of, this was much appreciated. Very pleased with final work. I shared a concern and the company contacted me immediately. To have a company now a days show care for their customers is rare. This company definitely showed me (their customer) care and I much appreciated it. I would highly recommend them. Oh my concern was corrected in less than a week, now that is good service.

Josh G was out 11/1/21 to look at a gutter that was pouring over the edge in heavy rain. Josh was extremely professional and personable. He found a combination of buildup at the downspout and a bad pitch on the other end. He detached the gutter and repitched it along with clearing the downspout. Additionally, should I have any concerns with the repair I was instructed to call back so they address the concern.

On day of repair was punctual, provided a great color match to existing shingles, and made sure to get a proper fitting chimney cap for new install. professional at all times. Called PJ Fitzpatrick for some roof work. The estimate given to me was triple what others quoted.There were repeated attempts to offer me a new discount opportunity and meet with a sales manager but still this company was wildly overpriced.This company will start off with an insane estimate and tell you that its good value. Then if you balk at the price, they will slowly work their way down with new discounts, but its still an unreasonable price. I was very disappointed and felt that their business model is to rip people off and have their sales people attempt to push you into making a decision.The company I ended up using for the work completed the job, as specified, for 1/3 the PJ Fitzpatrick price.

Mr Espinoza communicates well, and was efficient and courteous.This was our second call this summer (two different issues) and both times we were very happy with the service.Later call resulted in Brad C. coming to replace the old gutter guards which had lead to some leaking. He was efficient and fast.

We are great grandparents, and being so we replaced our tub with a shower for the ease of getting in, and out. The cost was substantial, but well worth the cost. The team of professionals that accomplished the chore where outstanding. The demolition of the existing tile, and tub was amazingly fast. That is where this team was proven. It had exposed the existing plumbing That I personally witnessed seven, and a half hours of repair, mind you at no additional cost to us. The price of the job, was the price of the job. I know the entire team worked like a piece of finely oiled precision machinery. What more can be said?

I had PJ come out twice to find a small leak in our roof. First guy did not measure as I suggested to zero in on the area ( I knew area from measurements in attic) Second time around Tyler found the nail issues in the shingle seams and sealed everything up. During the storm yesterday it was all dry! Even though they came twice, they happily came out and resolved the issue for a reasonable price. It was a simple issue that just needs the right pair of eyes on the problem. Tyler was A+ all around and PJs is a top quality contractor!

After making an appointment to have a rep come out, Brian arrived at time agreed to. He explained the leaf filter system and how it would be installed. He took all the necessary measurements and explained the warranty and payment options. When the installer arrived, he answered any questions I had and went right to work. When he finished the job, he cleaned everything up, showed me the finished work, and once again asked if I had any questions. Finally I heard from Ethan who did followup on the installation. We walked around the house as he explained the warranty again, we discussed any concerns I had, and he addressed them to my satisfaction. Overall, We have been very pleased with PJ Fitzpatrick .

We had Tyler come out for a roof repair very nice friendly young man .But I found out they dont do repairs on flat roofs so he caulked around our chimney where the caulk was coming off hopefully fix until our next appointment for inspection of the whole roof.I really hope it dont cost a lot so we can have PJ Fitzpatrick come back and do the job because no one else can stop the leak.

I had a new shower installation. They removed the old tub and shower combination and installed a brand new shower with hand-bars, bench seat, hand-held shower wand. The installation was flawless and the installers answers all the questions we had while installing the shower.The installers were on time, put down drop clothes, polite, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and truly care the installation. I felt they were working on their home shower installation. They asked where I wanted the hand-bars prior to mounting them to the shower wall. If the bench seat was low enough (as I am only 4 11). How low the shower head should be so I could reach the transfer switch to turn on the hand-held shower wand. I cant say enough about the 2 men who did the installation and JP Fitzpatrick. They are A+ in my ranking and I recommend them whole heartedly to anyone looking for a new shower whether a modification or new installation. I would use them again definitely.

This is the second time I have used PJ Fitzpatrick for a small roofing related maintenance task, and I would recommend them for their good work. In this case, I needed a new attic fan installed in place of a failed unit. Their technician, Josh G, was extremely professional and proficient from the quoting phase through the actual installation. He took the time to understand what I wanted to accomplish. Being a roof repair, we had to work around rain in the forecast, but he was punctual at the appointments we set up/rescheduled.

I scheduled a consultation with PJ Fitzpatrick in early December 2020 for a minor roof leak coming into the master bathroom ceiling in the center of my home. Brad Carroll did a thorough assessment, and due to the fact that my roof surface was only three years old (installed by a different contractor), he made the recommendation that I pursue having the badly weathered chimney surround replaced prior to considering any further roof work. His email summary with pictures was very helpful. It took some time to locate a chimney contractor, but I was finally able to schedule John Zeron of Swift Services to come assess my situation in early February 2021. Pandemic-related supply issues delayed completing the project for several months. John and Brad did speak on the phone to determine logistics. Finally on Friday, June 4, 2021, all needed supplies and both teams (Swift Services & PJ Fitzpatrick) gathered at my home to complete the project together. The final result looks very professional. I was very pleased with Brads attention to detail, his honest appraisal, and also Kristens (Dispatcher) help with trying to schedule the project multiple times. Thank you for Your patience, persistence, and flexibility with circumstances beyond our control. I am grateful for a job well done. Bravo!!

Mitch came out at our request to repair anything we may need fixed up to try to get another year or two out of our roof on the house we just bought. Right away he noticed that some of our siding was coming off, so he nailed that back up. Then he noticed our gutters were completely clogged with roofing nails from a repair job a previous owner must have had done, so he cleaned those out and even reattached the downspout that really wasnt attached at all. That night we had some more rain and our basement hardly had any water in it! Mitch saved us a ton of work down there just by noticing the gutters!We also needed a piece of flashing replaced, which has been missing for at least 10 years (according to the images on Google Earth).At the last minute we remembered we needed a replacement downspout on the other side of the house, and even though he had packed everything up he gladly took all his equipment back out and quickly did that for us.Mitch was super honest and was really efficient, and we really appreciated not being up-sold or pushed towards anything extra. He pointed out some potential problem areas so we can keep an eye on them.Highly recommend!

My experience with PJ Fitzpatrick has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. Recounting what has happened over the past month to others has left them (& myself) completely shocked at how a company can run this way. (especially a company that has so many great reviews). My review of the whole experience was too long to post so I’ve included screenshots of it that include the dates and summary of communications.Basically, they do great work for doors and windows. Don’t trust them with anything else. If you use them, really hope that nothing goes wrong because it will be IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone. Nearly a month of issues for gutters which were functioning fine for me and was just supposed to be a nice upgrade. I had to spend way too much of my personal time dealing with this and there is still an old gutter they left on my lawn and various mess outside of my home. A complete nightmare start to finish and I guess it’s still not over!

We used PJ Fitzpatrick to remove our bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower for my 90 yr old father. The work was done in less than 8 hours and the quality is fantastic. Great job by Jonathan, Al, and others who helped! Jonathan started off by himself with the sliding back door and others came in to help including an apprentice. They made sure everything was done properly. Al matched the window seal in the kitchen and made sure that the shelf above the window was put back above the new window and the wood inside the house above the sliding glass door appeared straight by caulking. I needed a new roof badly and not just because it was old but because I urgently needed to repair a leak. While I wasnt initially eager to replace my whole roof, I took some good advice from PJ Fitzpatrick, which offered a pretty good deal and guarantees their roof work for life (the warranty even transfers to the next homeowner). Hard to pass that up. When you hire them for roof installation, you agree to a final cost, not an estimate, so you know where your project cost is going to land. Although the work wasnt completed in a day like they suggested, they were otherwise attentive to scheduling the work around dates of my choosing, which I really appreciated. When we had a miscommunication, PJ Fitzpatrick went out of their way to make it right and were ultimately generous. Everyone I interacted with was professional and cared about doing a good job. You can tell the difference and it goes a long way.

Mark was very professional and thorough with cleaning the gutters and providing repairs to my home. While cleaning the gutters, he noticed that some of the roof shingles had become loose on the roof of the sliding doors in the back of the house. He provided the cost of the repairs and information on how to fix the roof. Great job!

The repair work to our roof which included removal and disposal of a large roll up awning was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. The staff which included 3 men were pleasant and efficient.

Tyler installed trim above deck and beneath patio door. He was pleasant, very efficient and polite. Work was immaculate~ what a great hiring decision!

The “apprentices” on the job seem to know absolutely nothing. While they were doing my door the apprentice just followed the lead installer back and forth .. didn’t offer to help.. didn’t do much at all actually except sit on his phone. And then had the audacity to leave his lunch trash in my YARD! I would also recommend if your “workers” or “apprentices” have tattoos that they cover them as it looks ridiculously unprofessional. The door look awful so much so that I called another company to redo the job. Will not use again

Dan and Mike converted my bathtub to a great walk in shower. Workmanship was outstanding and attention to detail was unbelievable. They were on time and extremely quiet. They left my home cleaner then they found it. Based on Dan and Mikes craftsmanship I will be using PJ Fitzpatrick again.

Seth was prompt and professional in diagnosing a copper pipe water leak behind the acrylic shower installed by PJ Fitzpatrick 6 years ago. The water supply line was capped, and we will be receiving a new replacement shower in the coming weeks, gratis! We are really pleased with both the quality of service and the way PJ Fitzpatrick stands behind its work!

Victor did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and worked to fit me in to the schedule as soon as he could. Although this installation/replacement of 3 attic fans was more expensive than another quote, I went with Victor because of his knowledge and customer service. He showed up early and the job took exactly how long he estimated. Victor even did this job on an extremely hot day and took the time to make sure I had no other issues with my roof. I would use Victor again in the future!

Erich was working next door to my house and noticed part of my gutter was blocked after I asked him to check mine while checking my neighbor’s. He was able to add my house for service and also fixed my gutter drains that were not laying right. Thanks for great service!

I am very happy with the work that Bob and MIke (and others) performed. They removed a 60 year old cast iron bathtub and ceramic tile surround and replaced it with a wonderful soaking tub, fixtures and wall surround.The entire job was done in a single day. Nice job!

Very professional service provided quickly considering the recent storms in the area. The price was high for a very minor repair, but happy they were able to fix the issue within 3 business days of my original call.
