We’ve been using Culligan water for years now and haven’t had a single problem. The water comes on the day they say it will and the driver is always pleasant. It is always easy to call and request an adjustment or ask a question. The actual water is clean tasting and very good. We enjoy this service very much and highly recommend them.

Please dont get your water home delivery from anyone else. Culligans customer service is the best by far. I used Nestle prior and they were terrible, late deliveries, couldnt reach anyone locally to help me. Not only is Culligan on time, if there is any issue they contact you directly - you can always reach them and they are extremely nice and helpful. If all companies had customer service like Culligan, the world would be a much less frustrating place! I highly recommend Culligan of Rockland County.

Have been a loyal customer of Culligan for over 15 years. I am a senior living alone on social security. My Culligan water softener unit has been leaking and running up my water bill for the last 3 months, unbeknownst to me. I finally had to break down and call a plumber in to check out what is running or leaking and using this excessive amount of water. After a number of visits, it seems that the leak is from the water softener. Who would have guessed it? So now I am stuck with a big plumbing bill, plus 2 months of excessive water use and high bills due to the water softener unit draining and leaking. I call Culligan them to come out to look and they say, sure for $175+ I then ask if they perhaps would give a long time customer, who is a senior, a discount on the $175+ service call (not to mention the pandemic) and they flatly stated that they GIVE NO DISCOUNTS TO SENIORS or anyone, for that matter. I was floored after reading all of the Christian logos on their trucks that I used to see. To say the least, I am very disappointed and unpleasantly surprised in the lack of empathy for long time clients who are struggling at this point....especially since I had to pay these water bills and a plumber due to their equipment leaking.

This company broke my water softener that was working when they came to my home, and than wants to charge me for a new one and for a service call when they broke my current water softener.What a scam and dishonest company, I asked to speak with the owner and they refuse to speak with me I will be taking them to small claims court for this.

Highly recommend this water delivery service. The water is consistently excellent and delivery is always on time. Our delivery person is so pleasant and checks to make sure we have what we need.

For years we lugged water bottles homes and then had to return them. We finally realized a reverse osmosis system would be the best for us. Now I taste bottle water and it is yucky ! We hooked up the refrigerator and have beautiful clear ice cubes and cold refreshing water .I highly recommend Culligan for all water products as they are extremely dependable units . We have a water softener, also.The New City office is great to do business with !

They don’t want to sell parts over the counter unless you have a service contract. They don’t even recognize their own brand filters that are sold under Culligan name in hardware stores or offer filter cartridges for these.

Showed on time. Very courteous and polite.Lugged bags down to the basement and put them in my water softener and took empty bags back with him.No fuss! No muss!Highly recommend them!

Culligan has great tasting water. I use the hot/cold cooler and it’s quiet and reliable. The delivery service is excellent and the customer service is very pleasant and helpful when I call.

New owner in New City...STAY AWAY! Dont honor previous contracts. Cheaper to purchase equipment and salt through Home Depot!They have already been contacted numerous times... absolutely no satisfaction...GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!.. Wish I could give them minus stars!!!

Fantastic folks! We were sick of our previous vendor lying to us about deliveries that never came. The Culligan folks gave us a great price for water delivery, they are considerate, they communicate with us, and they arrive when they say they are coming. Drop your current no-show water delivery company and go with Culligan.

The people there are quick to help and if you pickup your bags they have them ready when you arrive.

We changed from another water supply company and glad we did. Culligan is local, reliable, and helpful. We also have a softener through them, and have had no problems.

We had a terrific experience with Culligan of Rockland. After installation the salesman, Jamie came back to answer any questions we had and HE initiated the call. I needed a water softener and I was referred to Culligan. I liked that they offered me other options but didnt pressure me to purchase any of them. Denise scheduled the appointments and called to give reminders. Jaime was very knowledgeable and presented us with everything we need to know. Jarred determined how much salt we would need, installed the softener and made sure it was working properly. There may have been one communication error between us but it was resolved right away. I am very happy with the service and I look forward to continuing business with them.

Reliable and customer-friendly

We had a water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system put in around 2015. I noticed that there was water dripping from the filtration system and called them, they wanted $40 to come out and look at it and then charge me $130 in laborI spent almost $300 in replacing the filters in the system in January 2018 and when I called the lady who took my call had no record of these filters purchased by me. So basically I got to keep on paying for a lousy job that was done in the first place.The last time I wrote a negative review about them they were quick to come over to my house with 5 bags of salt to have me change the review. Would you deal with folks like this? whatever happened to good customer service and standing by your product? Is the product so bad and of inferior quality that one has to keep on spending money to keep it running?

Our water tastes delicious. The service is fantastic. Were all big water drinkers, and this is better than any bottled water.

Ive been a satisfied customer for years. Service and quality have been and continue to be excellent and responsive at fair prices.

I liked Culligans willingness to test my water for ph levels since my husband has Acid Reflux issues and I wanted to see if the combination of using the Culligan filter and new pitcher would get me to 8.5 ph which is what his doctor ordered. 8.4 ph will work for me. Weve been buying high Alkaline bottled water for a long time and it gets expensive over the years. I have my new solution now so Thank You!.I appreciate John educating me about the nuances of the Culligan System and I had no idea Dassanti water uses Culligan system for their bottled water as does Coca Cola so they have a consistent flavor for their brand by using the same Culligan Filtration System.We have used Culligan tank under the kitchen sink reverse osmosis system since we moved into our house 16 years ago and love it.We appreciate Culligans great customer service and the man who services us regularly. Hes really nice, knowledgeable and very pleasant too. Everyone who weve personally met from our local Culligan office have been great to work with, very professional and knowledgeable about water (in general) and the Culligan product. Culligan should be proud of this team that supports Rockland County.
