Bought these last night, opened the box when I got home which took about 15 mins. I found mold on most of the strawberries. First time ordering here and very disappointed!!!

I order a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries last night, when I got home 20 mins later I open the box and there is mold on almost all the strawberries, not happy at all !

For Valentine’s Day I ordered the chocolate covered strawberries in a Valentine’s coffee cup, which was advertised on T V. When my girlfriend received the strawberries in the cup, they were the smallest strawberries I’ve seen. I was totally disappointed and embarrassed. It definitely was not worth the price paid.

I ordered an arrangement for my mom on Mothers Day. Customer service was excellent and the employees were very friendly and helpful. When my mom received it, she was very happy and called me to thank me for the beautiful bouquet that edible arrangement has put together. She said it was presented well and it tasted delicious. I am definitely going to continue to order from this location. Keep up the good work!

I was sent an arrangement by my friend after my knee surgery in November. The pineapples were hard, and the oranges were dried up. I called the store to complain. I told them they need to contact the sender( my friend) and offer her some type of reimbursement. I know they are not cheap and I felt bad she spent her money for an arrangement that I didn’t enjoyed. Today is December 12th, and they have not contacted her.

I ordered a box on Valentine’s Day and it was very delicious. Delivered on time and everything was in perfect condition. Great work.

I placed order for Valentines Day almost 3 weeks in advanced with special instructions to delivery around 5pm. The only reason is because the business is closed prior to 4pm. On the day of, I received an email while I am at work stating that the order failed to deliver at 1PM. I called on my lunch break and spoke to an employee. He stated that they had many temporary drivers for this day and that all failed orders would be attempted again. He assured me that it would be delivered, so I payed no mind. My girlfriend never received her gift basket. She was disappointed to not see anything from me for this special day. I emailed the same night telling them about my experience. I called the store the following day and let them know that my order was never received, she asked for my order number looked it up. Apparently they had read my email and did nothing. She knew my girlfriend did not work the following day and wanted to ship to her home. She said she would only refund shipping. This is the worst customer experience i have ever had. I asked the order to be cancelled and my money refunded. Now, I have an unhappy girlfriend!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OR THE LOCATION IN PERL RIVER....My order was never delivered when I paid more money for it to be delivered on Vday. They said no one answered the door, when we where home all day. They got backed up and just never delivered it. On top of that there customer service sucks. The employee is very rude and did nothing for the inconvenience and pour service. Avoid ordering from these two location. If I could rate 0 stars ⭐️ I would.

Do not order from here, I ordered my order a day before Valentines Day . My order never arrived !! It is the day after Valentines Day and I just called and they told me it will arrive later today.I had to call them multiple times yesterday to see where my order was. So much for a surprise !!Never ordering again from here.
