The worst customer service ever. Answers to my questions was I dont know google it on your phone. I was planning on spending at least $500 on plants and with that response they completely lost that sale and any future business. I will never go back there. Knowledgeable and courteous employees go a long way. This place should invest that.In response to the owners reply... I did know what I wanted as I mentioned above that I was ready to spend at least $500 on plants. I did a lot of research, but as you mention below there are hundreds of thousands of plants so of course I still had questions. My husband and I were at your garden center for a while looking around, went in asked for help, whoever there asked what I needed help for and I said I have questions on some plants. So now you tell me if that doesnt mean hey send me a plant expert? I had plenty of patience as we waited for one of your guys to come help. He didnt offer to send anyone else to help us. He walked away and told me to google it! He did not say he was going to get the plant expert. Were we supposed to stand around the rest of the day? Of course we left! The point of my review is to help you improve your customer service, not the fact everyone does not know everything about plants. Lets be realistic here, you have at least one rude worker and thats something you need to work on. Your response tells me that you dont want to take constructive criticism on an issue that occurred at your place of business with one of your employees. Good luck.

Been going here for years. Professional and courteous service. Always getting great deals. Got my pavers and wall block measured to the square footage without waste. I found great quality plants and specimens that could not be found anywhere else. Friendly service, prompt deliveries, and technical advise.

The service at this nursery is the worst Ive ever experienced in my life. They were hours later than the promised time, confirmed appointments without writing any details and were of little help and service once the product arrived. There seemed to be zero communication between the workers and people at the facility, and between people taking the appointments and management. Multiple people including the owner were extremely rude and nasty and provided no help or answers to questions. Unless you plan on walking into the grounds, buying something that day and leaving, and are planning to do it completely on your own, dont go here.
