Found exactly what I wanted 😌

The young lady in the front was very professional and easy to speak with, but they did not have my size online or in store and they take too long to get shipment in. I had to buy mine in Walmart which I hate because of the material is thin and hard for for a Northerner to wear during the frigid temperatures right now (its January) also it costs a lot of money to embroider them so I had to pay just as much as their uniforms just worst material.

I purchased two scrub tops from their New Haven location,which I had to return because the embroidered name on the scrubs was the wrong department. I was told by the sales person that it would take 8 to 10 business day to get the correct embroidered name on the scrubs.I called custom service at the end of the 10th business day,I was told that order only went out last Friday 6/19/2020,I didnt get a firm date on went the order would be ready.

I walked into the store 20 min before closing and the staff was so kind and helpful, they allowed me to do a quick shop and helped me out. As a traveller in a new city this was an amazing shopping experiences and the prices arent unreasonable. Just FYI all of the royal blue tops are all embroidered with YNHH name. I will definitely return to this shop.

I dont think they have a variety, but price I like it. They have limited Dansko shoes, even scrubs were all limited variety. They are easy to access because they open late.

Very dissapointed. Customer service is completely lacking. I went there after a long day of work to have 2 women trying to put together my uniform. No one read the notes section of my order and couldnt give me a courtesy call to let me know they needed to speak with me before they could send it out to be embroidered. So basically I show up after a long day to deal with more problems. They send their embroidery out now which takes forever. Since this is the only place I can use my stipend and there is no option to go somewhere else.... I recommend going in to buy whats in stock, dont order online, and take somewhere else to be embroidered.

Wont return my call or my texts, trying to order uniforms, not much help considering we are a large contract for them.

Nice staff. Hospital uniforms. Embroidering is now sent out to be done, no longer in store.

If this is the only place we are allowed to shop for uniforms then they should at least have a sample size of each color and style available. A black top looks entirely different on me than a blue top.

I ordered online 2wks ago and havent received my order and when I tried to sign in online, it said my order didnt exist. Ive emailed and called....no response. I dont know what else to do.
