I just cant get over how awesome they are even though their sign sign says to. You rock Scott!So a year later, I am still a customer....and still cant believe how Awesome they are. But to be honest...the they is just a him, but Hes still awesome....One thing you must remember when you enter this shop....Ponies! If someone were to enter the shop with a pony, they would have free computer repair for their lifetime! I have the unfortunate privilege to be their building maintenance pickle (I self identify as a pickle) They (Scott) are reasonable and quick....Best prices in the area (Allen county, first hand knowledge).... They are they type who just get things done...there is no need to explain all the details....state your problem...and they will fix it. No drama about your kids or grand kids....If you got something from visiting a porn site and dont want to explain....just say you were visiting a shopping site and this happened....They will not judge....His Business is your business....Their business is to fix your problems....(I like ellipsis, especially for dramatic pause)Bottom line...if I can fit it in 120 characters.....Dont worry be Happy! They will fix your problems

I went to New Haven Computer Shop on the recommendation of a friend after my computer was deemed irreparable by another technician elsewhere. Scott had my computer repaired an returned to me in a reasonable amount of time for a very reasonable price. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

My parents aren’t the most tech savvy and Scott at New Haven Computer Shop totally took advantage of them. They went in a few years ago and he helped rebuild their computer and charged them for Windows 7. Now it is time to update to Windows 10, but they can’t find the registration number for Windows 7 meaning they have to pay (again) to update it. He said “he thinks he put the registration sticker on there” but now wants to charge them $60 an hour to go through his records to find it. Shady guy, shady business.

I always attempt to do private sales when plausible. This guy is hilarious. I loved visiting him to pick up the items I needed. He was knowledgeable, funny, and super laid back. He didnt make me feel dumb or try to swindle me into extra purchases or services. He was straight to the point in explaining my solution to my problem. I really enjoyed my visit there. I will be shopping here again for future computer needs!

New Haven Computer Shop has always quickly diagnose my computer problems from infected hard drives to corrupted bios and preformed repairs quickly and explained what repairs were done. The last two years Scott the owner has been working on my computers, and until computers start performing their own repairs, New Haven Computer Shop will remain on my speed dial.

A small shop run by seemingly competent technicians who dont boil over with jargen. Is located on Main Street in New Haven, which sadly seems more like age dead-end, and was forgotten about, over 50 years ago. The shop is small enough to wear unless you know exactly where to look, while it is on a thoroughfare, it is sandwiched between other shops and even at the 25 mile an hour speed that that road is posted at, you can easily miss it. Compared to other shops that claim to provide customer service especially involving anyting computer-wise, I strongly recommend looking into this business!

This place is amazing! When one of my laptops became sentient and started to shift around its parts to resemble a mechanized spider, Scott was able to immediately talk it down, convincing it not to unleash a good amount of chaos and destruction. After a series of reboots and de novo data entry, my laptop returned to its original state and was running even faster than when I brought it in to begin with. I consider that impeccable service!

Fixed my computer with his pure knowledge

Terrible. I just opened up my computer to upgrade some parts. I found out the water cooler that they had installed wrong in the first place had the brackets broken in an attempt to put an intel bracket on an am3 chipset. When I found out they had cut a hole in my case, without my permission to put the cooler in, I let it slide. But this, seriously?? It would be great if they could call me I would like to know if I could get some sort of refund or a new cooler.
