As per Roseann, We are busy doing big jobs. My boss only comes into work twice a week. Perhaps you should go elsewhere. This was the response I received after sending two emails requesting a quote. I also called three times to chase down the said quote. 6 days wasted. If you do not want to go through the same experience, stop at Google search and move on to the next shop.
