If you’re having any issue at all with your ear save yourself the time and sanity and SKIP the urgent care and come right here!!!!! The receptionist was so kind and was able to squeeze me in the same day I called. The whole experience was a breeze. Parking is easy, the building is easy to navigate and I was walking out of the office 10 minutes after my appointment. I saw the PA, Heidi, who was great. Very friendly and bright and was able to get me 100% better in no time. I was so relieved I almost cried happy tears in her office! 10/10 - definitely recommend.
My 13 years old son had an ear infection, we were glad to deal with Dr. Kathy NGO, this pets in an angle, she was very sweet and professional she made my son forget the pain he was in.I believe you should be proud having a person like Dr Kathy in your group.Dr. Kathy THANK YOU SO MUCH.
My husband had an appointment yesterday. He has had surgery on his ear before, he’s still in pain and can’t hear. He was seen by a PA in the group. She didn’t listen to him and basically told him he had ear problems and needed to go back to the doctor that did the surgery.I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
So clean...best ENT DOCTORS IN THE WHOLE UNITED STATES..ID refer all my friends...
I have to go weekly to get allergy shots for years. The staff in allergy are absolutely the best. Lisa, my regular nurse who handles my shots is a wonderful person who always accommodates me & my schedule. She is always able to answer any question I have.
Sorry, but dirty rooms at multiple of their facilities... one wasn’t clean and had a bloody tissue on their table. The lady at the front desk is rude, and writes up the doctors notes!? Not even sure if she is a nurse or is an LPN. Just takes phones calls— if she feels like it. Puts her idea of the orders in instead of asking the doctor what it actually was when I couldn’t remember the exact dose. Hasn’t sent out my messages to him, or my labs and also didn’t order my labs multiple times. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. The doctor is nice,— but the staff is doing their own “patient care”... scary.
HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Go to an office where they’ll take your health seriously- YOU WONT FIND IT HERE!
Very good doctors and PA. Took me in when I was in pain after going to a walk in clinic. NEVER go to a walk in for ear problems. These specialists will take you in quickly when there is an immediate need.
Everyone is so kind. Dr. Tiffany Chin is a very good doctor and made sure you understood everything. She treated you like a patient not a number. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
From The initial scheduling call, the receptionist at check-in, to the nurse who took my blood pressure and finally PA, Samantha, who I had my actual appointment with, everyone that I encountered at Southern New England ENT was as friendly, personable and professional as could be. Samantha answered all my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on along with the recommended next steps for me, something I hadnt experienced with other specialists Id visited prior. Just wanted to send a thank you to the staff at Southern New England ENT.
I have never, in my life had such a sad experience. From the moment I walked in I knew I had made a terrible mistake. To begin, they couldnt even take my blood pressure, and when they did I was in extreme pain. Listen, Ive been to a doctor or two in my time, and I know theyre uncomfortable, but this was unlike anything else. The assistant ended up giving up and blaming the machines. I was asked every single question that had already been written down, and when I told the woman about an illness on my fathers said, she replied thats on your dads side? Thats when I knew I should have left.Samantha was extremely cold, not personable, friendly or caring. I felt like a waste to her time and she dismissed every single concern I had When I asked a question about how two other people had given me alternate diagnosis and I was having a hard time understanding, she simply said youre more than welcome to get a second opinion. She dismissed that there could have ever been an issue, as if the first thing I want to do with my time, is go to a specialist and waste my money. When someone tells you they are in hospital levels of pain, the very lease you can do is listen. I have no idea how she got to where she is, as her sole purpose as a HEALER or doctor, is to make people feel better, not worse. I am not an angry person who writes negative reviews for fun, I am a person who truly left devestated and unheard. She was one of the most condescending people Ive ever met. This may be a joke to her, but was very serious for me. I will never, ever return (Im sure shes glad) and I will never refer someone to this office.Lastly,Their policy of HAVING to leave a credit card on file is obscene, and although the desk people were kind they didnt even know about the policy written on the paperwork they give out. I have awful insurance and it was stressful enough thinking about what I was going to pay, and essentially, I took $300 and I threw it directly in a trash can.Find someone who actually cares or has the gift to pretend to care about their patients.
Thank you for a great experience and friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Dr. Hirokawa took time to explain in detail what was going on with me. Bottom line great experience.Thank you again
I came in today feeling awful!!! I was scheduled to see a PA in the practice because my regular Dr Yanikosawa was in surgery (however they still got me right in), saw a wonderful young PA Heidi, and I can’t express enough what a great experience I had... from the check in secretary to the wonderful secretary to the PA!! Everyone was wonderful!!!! Thank you so much for the kind service when I wasn’t feeling well!!! I was also apprehensive about going to New Haven, but the office at 1 lLong Wharf was so easy to get to.. parking was great as well. Thank you again!!!!
I have been seeing various doctors in this group for almost all my life, and I really dont want to persuade others from going because I still believe they have the staff, skills, and equipment to help many. However, I have been surely displeased with my most recent visits in the last years.I felt that I was rushed out, that all avenues were not explored, and that they were more concerned with cattling in as many patients as possible and not so much the care and understanding of the patients needs.Quite disappointing ☹️.
The medical staff is warm and I luv my ENT Dr. TIFFANY CHEN.
My appointment was at 3:15 yesterday. Dr. Fortgang did not even arrive at the office until AFTER 4:00. I did not even recieve any kind of apology. I missed an hour of work, I do not make money like a doctor as a waitress, and should have been compensated for my time. The all female reception staff could be heard through their window talking about it as well as other patients. Most disorganized office Ive been to. I also walked out with ZERO assistance as to how I should manage my new tinitis that may or may not ever go away.
Dr. Yanagisawa second to none!!
Professional, quick service
It was clean and the staff was very friendly
