I cant say enough good things about Christina Fernandez and Chris Rowan @Tile America. Both were instrumental in helping me source the perfect tile combination for my master bath. With a massive selection, its easy to become overwhelmed by the many tile offerings. Christine is a great listener--she has an innate sense of style and is skilled at curating the perfect combo of high and low priced tiles, resulting in a bathroom that beautifully matches my inspiration pics. Christina and Chris were super responsive and were always mindful of my budget and time constraints. They worked hard to make sure my experience was seamless.

If you want a wonderful experience shopping for tile enjoying your time with the sales people who are very funny and incredibly helpful Bob Alan Alan Eve and Stephanie. Really good selections and very nice pricing.

Lori at Tile America was super helpful in dealing with a warranty issue I had with a heated floor thermostat. The manufacturer helped troubleshoot their issue but would not accept a return on the item; they directed me to Tile America (the point of purchase) to do it. And Laurie helped me do just that! She verified my order and exchanged it! THANK YOU! They also had such a great selection of tiles to choose from with very fair pricing. Such better quality and service than Home Depot.

2.5 months to get my complete small order. Got the run around each time I called. 3 stars cuz the product is good. Never again.

I have recently visited Tile America in New Haven to take a look for my new bathroom renovation. To say that this show room was amazing isnt giving them enough credit! The staff is always kind, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile! The designs are gorgeous and tile choices seem endless. I will definitely be recommending tile America to everyone I know & will be back for future projects.

We worked with design consultant Teresa Peruzzi, she was very good; professional, efficient and great design suggestions. Large selection of tile, much better than the big box places. We arrived at 4:20pm, we left at 5pm with the tile we needed ordered and paid for. Happy customer. Thanks Tile America!

Today I was at the New Haven store. Bad, bad service to Say at least. I was walking by my self around the store. for a while looking for help and when I finally found a sales person. She and other lady sitting in a little desk look at me up and down and said. “Some one will be whit you “. Same of these people make me feel unwelcome. They have a good inventory but nasty workers. I am from the neighborhood of New Haven . I was happy to know they were so close my house because I’m in process to update my kitchen and bathrooms. No coming back and definitely will share this bad taste with my neighbors.

I went to look for marble bathroom floor tile and the salesperson was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I wanted to walk out after her first rude comment but I am currently in the middle of renovating my bathroom and really need to find a floor tile. She gave me the price of one option that was over double the cost of what I have seen online ($40 sq/ft vs $17 sq/ft). I also asked about quartz vanity tops and she said they don’t have quartz. She offered no other suggestions and seemed uninterested in selling anything to me.

Worst customer service Ive EVER experienced in my life! I visited the Manchester location a week prior, it was great there! We decided to take home a few samples and the women that was putting us in the computer noticed we lived closer to this location (New Haven) and she insisted that we come and see the show room. I made sure it was okay to return the tiles in New Haven and she insisted it was as they have trucks going to and from both locations daily. Fast forward to today, we entered the main doors of the showroom with a few heavy tile samples to return, not a single worker acknowledge us and after holding onto heavy tiles and awkwardly standing there for a few minutes I finally asked one of the multiple women at the desk (there is absolutely no way they didnt see us) where to put the return tiles. The women who delt with our sample return was rude but finally took down my phone number, she entirely jumped down our throats about them being from the Manchester location and after explaining to her Manchester told us we could return them there she finally accepted the tile and dismissed us. We wandered the store for about 35 mintues while the women all just sat at their computers, still not a single person greeted us or asked if we needed help. I went back to the desk only to not get acknowledged AGAIN so we left. You couldnt pay me to ever go back there again and ill be sure to tell friends and family how awful my experience was!

When trying to make the sale at the store they have no problem telling you not to worry about buying extra tile because you can just return it if you dont use it, but when it actually comes time to make a return of an unopened box suddenly that specific tile is not returnable.

Great experience working with design consultant Penny Greenhut. Definitely consider this retailer when shopping for tile ideas.

I am sitting here in the store right now pretty much being ignored, I have been waiting over 15 minutes for help and no one speaks or politely acknowledges me let’s see how long this will take for them to help so far it’s pretty annoying! Ok so they finally got me a salesperson to show me what I wanted unfortunately the initial experience was so annoying I was now unhappy therefore I left after looking at one tile and advised the receptionist she might want to acknowledge the customer next time and I had already given the bad review on her account and left the store. Too bad should have never been that way but your first encounter is very important.

Drive an hour to visit the location to purchase tile. The front parking lot was full, so I parked around back. The wonderful team in the pick up area escorted me to the front showroom. After that it was all down hill.Not one hello, no acknowledgement of my presence in the building. There were Associates sitting around doing nothing on a Tuesday afternoon.As a sales manager, not good! My team would never allow this to happen. I guess business is so good that your associates can pick and choose who they work with.I only gave 2 stars due to the pick up team.

The staff at Tile America is extremely helpful and friendly. I went in looking for something specific and was very pleased with their selection. Great business and I will gladly return for any future purchases.

Lori at the trades counter was excellent as usual along with her male associate. Walter on the loading dock was more than helpful all the guys there are very accommodating Ive been going there for the last 20 years theyre on a nice business theyre happy to do business with them.

My wife and I are doing bathroom renovations. We came to Tile America because we saw an advertisement. We we impressed from the moment we entered into the door. Teresa is a stellar representative! Her design eye along with her desiring what the customer has in mind generated tons of options but ultimatly narrowing it down to one for the Master Bathroom. The tile is going on the wall as we speak. The next bathroom is the larger bathroom which will be for my wife spa-like use. We cant wait to see how Teresa magically and artfully craft our tile needs. Our philosophy is that time is an investment not just something you slap on the wall or floor, a designer is needed. Tile America is definitely the place to start.

As A contractor Ive recommended this place because of its awesome selection and design, delivery and customer services. If that was were my business ended I would give them 5 stars. Unfortunately when I go to the contractor desk Im looking at two people hiding behind their computers. Their lack of interest made me feel as though anyone walking through the door was an inconvenience to them. It makes me uncomfortable with asking them for what I needed let alone asking them for anything else I might need. A how are you doing today or is there anything else you need would go a long way

Janice helped me pick out all new tile for my kitchen, backsplash and master bathroom. She stuck to my budget, and really impressed me with her vast knowledge and beautiful choices. I LOVE my new space! I will be a repeat customer! So friendly and easy to deal with and so knowledgeable. Thank you!
