I watched horrified as this happened to my garage door late afternoon last week. Twin City Garage had the door back up and working great the next morning. They explained costs clearly and suggested options to reduce cost based on my needs. Honest, fast, and excellent job by the tech at following Covid protocols when he met with me before and after the job.

Twin Cities garage door did an outstanding job repairing the damage to my garage. They worked around my schedule and didnt charge me for parts I didnt need. Troy P. coordinated the job to set up a time that worked for me and my busy schedule and provided incite into what I needed done and didnt need done. When the technician, Rob, arrived to do the work, he was very helpful in explaining what he did and why.I got two other estimates done prior to finding TCGD that were outrageous. One came in at $888 and the other was for over 1400. Twin Cities garage door had the work done in less than an hour and charged me $140.50.  They also have a 90 day guarantee on work performed. I would highly recommend TCGD!

Our garage door fell and stopped working on Sunday, July 4th. I called TCGD on 07/05 and was told that service on that day would be an extra $225, so I waited a day. When I called on Tuesday, I was told that I couldnt receive service until Thursday or Friday (keep in mind that I live 1.5 miles from their location). I asked what happened to same day service and was told that I could get it for an additional $225 so I took the Thursday/Friday appointment instead.Meanwhile, I called a different company and they had a technician to my house within 4 hours (without any extra charge), so I called TCGD back and cancelled my appointment. The woman on the line didnt even inquire why I was cancelling. She just looked up my info, said okay and hung up.We have used Twin Cities Garage Door several times since 2012 and have referred them to multiple people over the years. Never again. Worst customer service I have experienced in quite a while.

I had a great experience with Twin City Garage Door. They got someone out quickly to get me a quote, gave me a very reasonable price, and had the door in before winter. We hired them for a commercial building, and the work is simply wonderful. There is a huge improvement in the insulation, seal, and noise levels. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy, local company to do garage door work.
