The communication throughout the project was excellent which is very important to me. Chris, Chad, Anna & Lorraine were all very timely and helpful in our phone and email discussions. The finished screened-in porch looks great and is a much better design than what we had before. The crew (see photo) were very pleasant, professional, and did a great job of installing the porch and explaining their work (which Im always curious to learn more). One highlight was Screen Medics coordination with my under-decking contractor. We met together on-site to finalize the plan and there was cross over time between the installers to ensure details were known. I would highly recommend using Screen Medic.

They did an awesome job with my screen door. They worked with teh supplier of the door to have some custom cutouts made for my particular application and did an awesome job. Months later there was a minor issue with the door (not their fault, something was wrong with the door from the factory) and they came out immediately to remedy. I really appreciate the service and attention to detail. Good people you can trust to do a really good job and not cut corners.

These guys are AMAZING! I wasn’t sure how easy it was gonna be for them to replace my patio screens because they aren’t removable window screens and up high off the ground on 2 sides. But WOW!! My service rep was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Im so pleased with the results of replacing the screening on my 40 year old screen sets. The on-site service is an added bonus. No need to send off site and wait for several days. Since I like to keep my windows open as much as possible that would have been a real inconvenience to me. I have replaced screens myself in the past, and feel that the cost is very reasonable - again and especially since it was completed in a couple of hours on site. I was recommended to screen medics by glass guru as I only needed screens and screen door repairs. I emailed my needs and received a prompt reply with a quote and when I could receive a call to get on the schedule.The technician (I think it was Jayson or Chase maybe? Im horrible at names) regardless this guy is INCREDIBLE!! He called on the way. Showed up on time. Was quick to point out need changes as we reviewed what I was scheduled for and started to go. Quality and speed were TOP NOTCH!! Price was actually not that bad. Under double what a neighborhood hardware store would charge but he removed and installed them too! I bought a house that was completely missing screens on some of the windows. Screen medic came out and build entirely new frames and they look amazing. I didnt have to be here when they did the work which was a bonus. I wish I could afford for them to completely rebuild new screens on all my windows they look so good and I definitely will use them again for any future needs.

I am absolutely obsessed with my updated screen porch. We originally brought Screen Medic in planning to replace a few or all screens because they were wind blown and had holes, along with replacing trim. The trim around the outside had rotted and the paint was peeling and the door was scraping the floor and not latching properly. Of course if it had been up to my husband this would have been a simple update and what we originally planned to do.I was very up in the air having screen medic price out 3 different scenarios and even come back with multiple more options as my vision really came to life. I really wanted to open up the view in addition to fixing the screens, add a dog door for our dog and prevent further damage inside the porch from the wind, snow and rain.Chris and Chad were super patient with my millions of questions, ideas and back and forth on what I ultimately wanted to do. They reassured me it would look great and helped me come up with options for the trim both inside and out. The new trim outside blends with the old gray and you cant even tell the difference. The black looks super sharp from both inside and outside the house and really frames the beautiful view.Now with the glass lowers I sit in the porch and have a perfect view of the birds and beautiful surroundings instead of a view obstructed with railings. I am super detailed and Ive been thrilled with the final result. It looks so modern and beautiful and we just love it. It was definitely worth the extra cost and back and forth.Screen medic was very good with communicating when the work would be done, telling us about shipping delays due to covid and making sure I really understood what I was getting and that I was happy with the final product.

Recently built a new deck/porch and had these guys do our screen system. Chad helped answer some constructability issues, Chris was wonderful with helping us make selections and the crew was clean and fast. The only time you remember the screens are there is when you hear the neighbors slapping mosquitos, the bug zapper going and their famous last words this is ridiculous, lets go inside. It’s amazing what local places charge for individual screen replacements. I searched for screen replacements and found Screen Medic and read the great reviews and gave it a shot.They can in winter, had a plan to replace all my screens big and small like I wanted removed them and came back a week later to install them all brand spanking new. They even rebuilt a screen for a window that the previous owner must’ve lost/broke.Great communication, great professionalism and actually affordable. The quality of the screens were great, tight:not loose .. overall would recommend and use again with no doubt

This company is amazing! They have excellent customer service. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. We had storm damage so new screens on the porch had to be done.The scheduling, the bid process and the install went so smoothly.Due to a much delayed siding project, Screen Medic was very accommodating in their schedule.The screen product is excellent. The crew allowed time for me to stain the cedar trim boards that had to come down as part of the job. I was able to get everything looking great prior to the new screens being put up.I have a hunch they will be doing my neighbors screens next.

Chase was amazing!! Very prompt and professional. Came to my home at the beginning of my service window time, and promptly told me I did not have to replace both screen doors, only one!! He could replace the broken handle, bottom wheels, and screen, while keeping the original frame. Saved me about $150!! I highly recommend the Super Screen. Worth every penny of the upgrade fee. Looks nicer, and is definitely stronger than the typical screen mesh. He cleaned up every bit of screen scrap and removed his shoes in my home!! He wore a mask inside as well. Great experience from start to finish. We got exactly what we needed and well within our budget.I needed a new screen door for my patio sliding door. My first phone call to them was quick and easy. They confirmed they could do what I needed done and asked me to send them some pictures. They followed up promptly with a quote and some options for the screen. Installation day came and our technician was on time (a little early actually) and got right to work. He made sure everything was to satisfaction and it was! We have pets, so we went with their super screen to protect against pet scratches and it’s beautiful. I was a bit worried the extra strength of the mesh would be too much visually, but it’s a great screen.

This company is unbelievably organized, courtesy and professional! They were referred to me by another home company that doesnt work with screens. I called to book an appointment, the person on the phone was extremely nice and efficient! She explained the whole process thoroughly and then worked with me to find a date that worked with my schedule. By the time I was off the phone, I had email confirming my appointment and my quote. In addition, when there was a slight schedule change due to -15 weather, I received notification as well as a follow up call to confirm the updated schedule still worked. In short, they come out to measure and then make the screen back in their shop and come back to install. This is not done on the same day as you have to be in the schedule for the making of the screen. I was able to have someone come out for the measuring within the week. The gentleman that came, called when he was on his way to my house. He was super nice, took a few moments to say hello and be super kind to my big dog, did his measurements and was gone under 15 minutes. Cant wait for them to come back and install (within two weeks). If you need a screen or one replaced, this company is the one to call!!

Screen Medic replaced screens on our covered porch that is 20 years old. The communications and finished job were excellent. They informed me the replacement crew would arrive within a time window and they arrived within that time. They introduced themselves and informed me the amount of time they anticipated being complete with the work. I was somewhat concerned about the possibility of the trim boards that needed to be removed becoming damaged in the process of replacing the screens. The crew must have been very careful in removing and reinstalling the trim boards because they were not damaged at all. The new screen was installed tightly without any wrinkles. The crew worked from the time they arrived until the completion of the job. They asked me how the work looked after they were complete and I told them it looked great. They then cleaned up the work area and were on their way to the next job. I was very impressed with their professionalism, work ethic and quality of work. I would certainly contact them again should we have any other screen replacement projects. It was a true pleasure doing business with Screen Medic.

Had Screen Medic fabricate a screen door for us as we had a difficult time finding one that would fit. He was courteous, on time, and efficient and gave us a heads-up call shortly before arriving. Didnt take long at all and were pleased with the result.Followup: Even though I was pleased with the job, I pointed out a very minor issue. Screen Medic insisted that they return and correct it which they did. This was service beyond what I expected. Id give six stars if I could.
