I always find Best Value to be cheaper than other auto body supply stores which makes it a 5 star in my book. They are quick to deliver as well. The only problem is YOU MUST CHECK EVERY INCH OF THE PART YOU ORDER BEFORE THEY LEAVE BECAUSE IF YOU FIND A PROBLEM LATER THEY WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT OR ALLOW EXCHANGE.

I have been dealing with this company for a couple years due to cheap prices but they are terribleeeeee, customer service is a JOKE. The women who answer the phones 9/10 will get something wrong, whether it be the model of car, the part, anything. The absentee manager thing is a joke too, I had to go in one day to complain in person and the guy just happened to be there, hes the biggest idiot of all, I have no idea how they run this business successfully.The ONLY person with some sense is their driver, no not the guy with the lisp, theres another young guy who is super sharp, hes always on point and very polite.

More like worst value! First I was told they have to get the part that was ordered hours prior, then an hour later lo and behold was told they didnt have the part at all! This was after I paid cash for the part, receipt in hand, ready to go. An hour and a half after walking in there I walked out with nothing to show for it except a dollar less because they shortchanged me on the refund for the part they claimed they had but then changed their minds about. Ugh! Will NEVER go there again.

This is probably the best place to go to get aftermarket parts if you dont find it here chances are that the part is not in the market yet, trust me i do bodywork for 30 yrs

Rude and are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Other people are right. Customer Service is VERY crappy . Every time I ask for manager he/she is never available or not in the office. DO NOT understand the difference between exchange and return. They should be in Corona not in College Point where people are always wanting to speak Spanish. Even caught them lying. Hate doing business with them but they do have k prices.
