Went to wash my husband’s car.30$ exterior “gold” wash was a joke.Completely disengaged dudes with brooms just randomly brushing the body while the car is being pushed through the tunnel. Hence missed dirty spots like on the picture.The longest part is waiting for another guy to become available to dry the car.While he was wiping our car, I watched his colleague using the same towel for the rims and the body on the car next to ours.This is a low quality wash. Just as bad as an automated one. Go spend your money elsewhere.Read the real reviews, you will see the pattern.

I called them to cancel my monthly membership and was told I needed to do it “on the app”. I never needed to download this “app” when I registered or to receive a car wash. It is incredible how easy it was for them to initially swipe my credit card and sign me up for a membership, but now I have to jump through hoops to cancel. I filed a credit card dispute and won.

Pricing is a little high but thats to be expected for a hand car wash. I paid $62 dollars for the deluxe wash. It couldve been better. Still have dirt on the exterior of my car. The interior on the dashboard still has dust. Just wished it was a better wash. They spend a short amount of time in my car, which was surprising since I paid for the most expensive wash. To each their own. This is just my review.

Finally I Went back after they did some renovations and its just Wow..after trying out multiple hand washes I must say this is hands down the best hand wash in the area. From the self vacuum/air guns to the cleanliness of the place everything is perfect. Will bring my other vehicles thanks!

Rip off!!! $55 plus tip for an SUV that they spent less than 10 minutes servicing. Interior was just dusted and minimal attention. It was still dirty inside. $40 at Great Neck Car Wash gives you at least 20 minutes of personal attention and excellent results.

I was just there with my kids for their tunnel of terror Halloween car wash. Given the current pandemic, it was a safe bet. They really did a great job of the attraction! Nice lighting effects, great scary characters, a few screams were had and a car wash to boot! #cleanfun lol I was most impressed by the characters because they went above and beyond to make it a memorable experience, they were really great sports and even posed for us when they saw we were trying to take a picture! Glad we gave it a chance! Will do it again next year.

They did a good job washing my car. It was my first time there, I would go again. Although... they did miss a spot by my front passenger side, I blame myself for not looking at everything before I drove off. I wouldnt let that deter me from going again though, good customer service.

The owner is very involved and clearly customer-service oriented, so I almost feel bad giving this review. However, there are some obvious flaws to this place. First of all, it is almost always busy; so you can expect to be there at least 30 minutes or more every time you go. The line situation is awkwardly actually 2 (technically 3) lines that converge into 1. Though prices here are actually very fair in my opinion -- price is also usually a good filter of clientele. As such, be prepared to possibly argue with someone over who got there first when your lines are converging. And, again, I almost dont blame the people who argue because one car can really make or break how long youre waiting there. The car washing itself is very straightforward. There are a lot of different packages, but I dont think they do anything, honestly. In other words, if you get the outside of your car washed, polished, and waxed, and inside vacuumed and cleaned, I dont think anything above that is actually real or worth it. Like I said, however, if you are a monthly unlimited customer, then the prices for these services are actually very, very fair -- almost suspiciously fair. With that, though, I definitely would not pay for anything outside of my monthly membership package, because those prices are not fair. The people who dry your car off at the end, they dont always do the best job; they tend to leave water marks and ESPECIALLY threads from the towels they use as they get caught on the edges of decals or windshield wipers on the car. It almost takes nerve to watch me peel off towel thread from the ELANTRA symbol on my cars trunk and still have your hand out for a tip. At the end of the day, my car is worth $18k new. Water marks and towel thread arent the biggest of deals. I just need a place that can make my car look and smell clean consistently for cheap. And thats exactly what I get. Would I bring any car worth over, lets say, $50k here? No, absolutely not; unless MAYBE it was for their detailing service -- and even then, I would trial-run it with my Elantra first.

I usually come to get my car washed here, but after both my boyfriends experience and my experience, I dont know if I want to come back. My boyfriend came yesterday and paid for the Deluxe Wash. They did a poor job cleaning the interior and I found plenty of dust and dirt still in the car. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took my car in today. To my surprise, I found they did a poor job of vacuuming my car and didnt even wash my mats. Base on what theyre charging, I expect a better job than this.

For $34 I would have expected my back seats to be vacuumed properly. There is still sand on my seats and on my mats. I guess if you don’t get your mats “cleaned” for the extra $10 they don’t bother to really clean them much.Not worth the price and I won’t be going back.

My first time here. There are two separate entrances: 1- Exterior Only 2-Exterior & Interior. For the Exterior & interior line, there are two lines. I waited for about 10 minutes. Its a busy place.I got the deluxe package that includes the wax. After about a week, with a hail storm and two rain falls, my car looks like it was just washed. The rain is definitely repellent.I have custom mats. This is the only thing that could have been cleaned better.However, I will recommend this place.

Tiny little wash, prices are high..my car was still dirty from many spots. This what happens when car wash it self is like 20 seconds. There many places that charge less and wash is much better.

I had an monthly package and I canceled in ten daysBecause those people made me drive back from to get tire shine several times and Another funny thing is that the guy Standing outside asking me why you canceled the membership and then I told him what happened’ He’s said your house is not far you can come back” instead of saying that oh we’ll let our employees know or something.But here not a real business mind people!

Needed just a basic exterior wash.This was the first wash on a car that had been purchased new.See for yourself. All the scuffs are from the dirty cloth or the plastic brushes/mops (yes they use mops ahaha).Hand wash that is inferior to a regular automated wash is truly embarrassing.I do not recommend this place.

About a month or so ago (3/1/2021), I signed up for a monthly membership Unlimited Exterior Super. Prior to signing up I tried out the Five Corners Hand Car Wash a few times, a few red flags but nothing to dissuade me from signing up for the membership. My first negative encounter was the car wash attendant (older gentlemen) at check in who seems to bothered by any questions that I may have, being that there is a lot of options especially as a new customer....to the point after the third visit he would just hand me off to another car wash attendant every time he saw me (not a big issue, that’s fine, my perception). Second negative that I noticed is that the washing process is not that great, which could be remedied by the drying process and wiping away the dirt but the attendants seem to be more concerned about getting cars/customers out versus the quality of finishing the job of drying. Drying was so bad that I had to purchase towels from their location and help dry my own vehicle with the attendants, understanding that I have a large vehicle (BMW X7). With all that being said I still went ahead and purchased a monthly membership and it was on the second car wash of March in which I cancelled due to a negative experience. During my second car wash things proceeded as normal went through the car wash process and entered the area where all cars are being dried I proceeded to get out and dry my own vehicle and help the attendants. Two mins into drying I was told by Five Corners Car Wash that I personally cannot dry my vehicle in that specified area and that I have to go back to the entrance where I entered if I wanted to continue drying my vehicle. This was frustrating because attendants were spending much more time on other vehicles because of the location they were in of the drying area. Secondly in order for me to get to the entrance I had to drive against traffic in order to get back to the entrance. At that point, I was annoyed and just cancelled my membership, it’s not the car wash experience I was looking for especially at that price point. Based on the recent negative reviews there seems to be a reoccurring theme that should be carefully looked at in my opinion.

Got an exterior wash but I still think that a Soft Cloth Car Wash system would be better so more cars get processed. Belanger and Macneil are two great companies that could install great equipment.

One star, couldnt give zero. Workers get 5 stars..Great workers, hard workers. Never had a issue with them. One manager, rude, nasty, disrespectful both to customers and workers. Just canceled my monthly, and they didnt even care..No worries. Going to another place and telling the 15 plus people, that I sent to Five corners .

We stopped here 2 days ago and decided to get the gold carwash as a treat for the car because it included the inside.. It cost $48. Plus tip.The ash tray in the car was not even emptied. The door handles were dirty, not even vacuumed or even wiped down. I got it back w the same dirt in the door handles that I went to have cleaned.. They did do a good job on the outside so I gave 2 stars but I will never get anything more then a regular wash again, if I ever go back. I mean $50??? I was extremely disappointed.

I did a car wash just now. I always do a Super wash here. I never needed to pay extra $10 to wash my mats and they never asked. I noticed the price went up a lot on their web site and they raised the Full wash which is just basic to the same price as Super which is $36 before tax !!! But I am usually satisfied with their service so I just went. I said to the man Super wash and he entered into the system. By that time, I didnt look at the receipt since I always do a Super wash. Later they brought my mats to the shelf and they were putting a sticker so they can later match with the car. I felt something is not right then I looked at my receipt. And I realized that they charged me extra $10 yes holly $10 to wash my mats. When I asked him why, he said washing mats is extra and I said to him I never asked to wash my mats and you guys always vacuum the mats and it was always included in the price. He just said it is $10 extra to wash and they will wash and shampoo very clean. But my car is BRAND NEW and my mats are rubber and still extremely clean. It was ridiculous that they charged me $10 only to have the mats just go through the machine to wash off and to bring them back to the shelf. On top of that. my car is a BRAND NEW car. Why would I in the world want to wash my rubber mats that are not dirty at all? They are brand NEW. I may want to vacuum only the one in the driver seat. I complained when I was paying and they gave me only $2 discount. I felt like ripped off and didnt feel like tipping the guy who finished up my car but watching him working hard and it is pandemic so I tipped him. This place is going down hill. The service is not as goo as before. I have been going here for years but I will look for another place. Their price is too high now and they are ripping off their customers. Not honest. Extra $10 for just washing mats, I can do that at home. And the price is ridiculously high for that. Thought they have dignity in their business maybe I am wrong.

My car had a week old ceramic coating from another shop. Looked up this place and saw pics of luxury cars. So I assumed they knew how to treat a car well. Explained to the guys that the car has ceramic coating thats only a week old and needed to be washed gently. Before I knew it the car was being washed on a belt my guys with brushes and mops. Had to have my ceramic coating redid because of all the swirls from the brooms and mops. This is definitely not how you handle fancy paint jobs on luxury cars.

We went to get our car detailed because our lease was finished. Mind you I have 4 kids I know it was dirty. We asked for the inside and outside cleaned charged us 375 dollars taxes not included. We got our car back to find dirt inside some of the cup holders still dirty I found a french fry under my seat (funny thing I left it there on purpose because they were going to clean it) guess what I had to take it out myself. They also lost the remote control for the tv inside my car went to tell them I needed it because the tv doesn’t work without it and they told me there was nothing inside my car 😒😒 worst experience ever. Never going back there. Do not recommend the place

Its my first time here.. Ive always wanted to try.. I felt so bad my car was so dirty..They did a great job under 92° heat..And I saw a women went through 2 times and get every spot to be taken care of.. like if it was 300$ hand car wash.. so funny.. staff dealt with her like a pro... wow what a women with her not so fancy Mercedes benz... LOL

This is why I only like to wash my car but I didn’t have time plus winter and settled for someone else’s hands to touch my cars paint. What ever you guys use it’s way too abrasive. I have this all over my car now. I noticed it when I got home and was in the sunlight. This was the first wash since the car was clay bar, polished and wax 4-5 weeks ago so there’s no way it was already like that.UPDATE: Spoke to David about the issue and he reviewed my vehicle and was very empathetic of the situation. He took the car right in and in about 1hr 45min the car is spotless. Clear coat looks as it should and I left satisfied. I changed the rating to 5 stars due to the amazing customer service. Thank you again!

Went here and got the delux wash. Incredibly satisfied!! Outside looked cleaner than ever. The inside of the car was cleaned to perfection. My mats were steamed and they even cleaned my pedals!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Let me tell you they do a great job from top to bottom but this is not Beverly $%#@ Hills and they charge like theyre. 38 dollars is insane. When you get to the register the guy will tell you for an extra ten dollars PER MONTH they will charge you 50 bucks. So now instead of getting your car washed every so often NOW I WOULD BE COMMITING TO A MONHLY MMBERSHIP. First of all I wouldnt have the time to go once a week and to wait 30 minutes on line then another 30 minutes to wash & dry your car. Theres plenty of car washes out here that are less, 38 dollars is absolutely crazy.

Always been wanting to stop at this car wash. It looks as if there’s a movie being filmed there because every time I pass-bye I see cars that cost more than my co-op. I sure wasn’t disappointed. Everyone was friendly, my car came out nice n shiny, they gave my Nissan the same attention they gave the Maserati next to me. For $35 that unlimited program sound like an awesome affordable way for me to keep my new car shiny and clean. They buffed out a mark on my door and I can’t wait to come back with my new Chevy that I’m picking up later today. The game on there app was lots of fun and entertaining. I love how my car was disenfected. I’ll be sure to come back

First timer and I love the service. My tire was low on air and they put the air on their own will and saved me the trip to put air. Will be coming back always.

Quick and easy. Definitely better than the conventional car washes but not as perfect as if you hand washed yourself. But better than most.

Very over priced and interior was still dirty. I had the Deluxe wash. I was very surprised to find the back of the front seats and entry ways to the rear seats untouched and still filthy. I expected much better service at those prices. I definitely won’t go back.

I have been their customer for over 10 years but now Ive seen how the service has been declining each time but this time it was really disappointing coming out of a car wash and you’re car is still dirty. My car rims were dirty and they were just trying to have me drive off on those and both sides of my car is still dirty. I am dissatisfied with the quality of the car wash and especially when the the prices have increased.

I paid $42 and change for a hand car wash. $3 extra for a oversized Mercedes gle. When they washed my truck they used 2 brooms/brushes. How is it a car wash when they use two brooms to wash the vehicle ? When I complained I was told the brushes are used because the car was 2 tall. I explained that I understand using something for the top. But the same brush was used throughout the car. I spent a lot of money to ceramic coat my vehicle by professionals to have my car brushes clean. There’s a reason I only go to hand car washed.

Yikes! Called ahead requesting a price for a basic exterior wash and a thorough interior wash and ArmorAll. I was told $35. Sounded great. I havent gotten my car washed in a while and I really just wanted the interior done well. That being said my car is maintained very well. Theres rarely more than a couple crumbs and some dust here and there.I arrived and the first thing I saw while waiting on line was the people vacuuming the mats ripping large chunks of garbage out of the cars and throwing it right onto the ground getting blown away with the wind. This was being done for every car. No attempt to place it in a garbage pail.When I met with the person to tell them what I wanted done I explained the same thing on the phone and he informed me the interior ArmorAll would only be done with their highest package which costed $65. Alright. Im already there, my car is already going through, and thats about what my other place costs. Dropped $10 in the tip box for the guys working on the car. $75.The car comes through and some really angry guy was just staring at me as I got in the car not saying anything. Maybe he also wanted an additional tip for the horrifying job I then discovered?I sit in the car and it genuinely looks like nothing hppened. The dashboard looked untouched. There was still dust and crumbs in the cupholders and all over the center console. The front of my car had black smudge marks on it that may or may not have been there before the wash. Weird gooey substance in my passenger side shelf that looks like they maybe attempted to use some kind of cleaner but never wiped it.Really bad. Really bad experience. Hope everyone else has a better experience if you go.

I go this place many times.Always having issues. Sometimes not clean interior and sometimes water strains on the exterior. Last time I went to this place the guy who dry my car did not clean inside. He supposed to be clean and sanitize interior he didn’t do that. He was rushed to get next car . They charging overpriced still don’t do better work. Unacceptable

Went there for the first time today. Decided to get the most expensive wash, Deluxe Wash, just to see what the results would be. The tires look nice and all but now that I got home I see that my drivers side door still has soap/formula streaks on it and the opening once the door is opened is still slightly dirty. Unfortunate but I guess I should have checked before I left. Dont know if I would go back since its kind of off putting to have an incomplete experience the very first time. But at the very least I put 4/5 stars instead of 3/5 because the staff I had to interact with were helpful

Best car wash on Long Island period.

I love this place! This is by far the best hand car wash I have found on Long Island. I started going to them with my new car 2 years ago when I worked on Long Island, and continue going to them even though I no longer work on the island. I drive out from NY City just to get my car washed there. They are attentive and professional and take the time to really do a great job in cleaning your car. From the person who checks you in, to Vinny at the register, to the guys that dry and detail the car after it is washed (they are the best!), everyone is so nice and caring. I have tried a few other hand car washes and none of them even come close to the service provided at Five Corners.

Like the products and friendliness of the staff. Attention to details could be better.Tried out their deluxe wash, based on reviews on different sites. This is a true hand wash for your car, so no nasty scratches or paint damage.But when you charge $60 for a wash, small details like cleaning all nooks and corners count. Just returned after washing, couldn’t spot these when the car was washed. You can see the area around the emblem and when you look at the door sills the corner is not as clean as expected.In the interior too, after pointing out the center console was not cleaned, it was cleaned.I must add that when you point it out they do clean up with a smile and without any complaints.The car looks brand new at a distance. I loved what they did with the wheels and tires. The entire car shines. The glass cleaning was really good. No smudges or swirls left behind.Question to management — for deluxe wash is the area around and in the boot/trunk to be cleaned? Because once I opened the boot, I could see that this was not done.For the price charged, attention to detail is the key. You should not want the client to point out spots that were missed. At that price you would want the client to appreciate small touches.

Not after 1 day of posting my review...Management contacted to make things right.! They asked me to come back to rewash my car and address my concerns. I will NEVER go to another car wash!! THANKS!! Very disappointed...Usually have a great experience... I paid for a gold car wash($46.00). When the attendant completed my car, I point out a few spots that were missed. He said, he couldnt get them out and walked away...this is AFTER I had tipped him $5.00 when the car came out of the tunnel. I had to go home and finish the job myself.

Lets just say, Im never ever going to another car wash place ever again. Ive been to other hand wash places but Five Corners tops them all. Lets start with the staff. The guys outisde doing the wash, friendly and polite. They greet you with a smile, always. (Ive been here twice this month) First time there they explain the packages offered and their monthly wash programs( Do It! You bathe everyday? So, why not your car?) Onto the interior of the car wash... Holy moly.... Its like a convenient store. Theres drinks, snacks, car accessories, and other odds and bits. Theres complimentary tea & coffee.The cashier was super nice and friendly. The manager/ owner I believe was outside making sure each car was up to par and he even took a rag and spray and began to do touch ups! This is always a good sight. Lead by example not words. Now to the main reason Im here... My baby. She was shiny & fresh. They hand dried every part possible. Inside the doors and most importantly inside the trunk when you popit open. Not a single issue. Windows were Crystal. Could see my reflection over the car like it was hand polished but it wasnt. All in all, just go here. No matter what you drive. You want a nice and clean car? Heres where you go.

Have to give hi 5. I did the deluxe package. With a $10 off With tax I paid 54 and change. Every penny is worth it. They take time to clean your car. Workers are well trained not to skip any part. If they can maintain this level they would need a bigger space. I will definitely come here again

DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could give it zero stars. I went back here after a few years because Its the only place that washes your car by hand. They always seem to be crowded so I gave them an second chance. BIG MISTAKE. I paid for the super wash but there was nothing super about it. My car is maybe 10% cleaner. They took Zero care for my floor mats (see pictures). They are completely covered in dirt. It would have taken 2 seconds with the power washer but I guess they were too busy. So now I have to wash it myself. The car is covered in dust which somehow they missed but I found easily. The trunk cover was also covered in filth (see picture). The windows were smudged and barely cleaned. You could still see the outline from my windshield wipers. The only thing they cleaned well was my tires. Take your money elsewhere. You will have to wash your car again after you leave here.

I wont go there anymore. worst place, car was not cleaned well and when i asked about that he said that dirt wont go. i was not in a mood to make arguments . i came back to my home and i cleaned it.

After parking my car near an asphalt plant, I had a layer of asphalt on top and side of the car. A co-worker who had used them before told me about Five Corners Car Wash.They did an excellent job on his car. Here are the before and after pictures of my car.

Owner is aware that the cancel button on the five corners app is non functional and it appears that it’s intentionally that way! It says easy to cancel on their site through the app but magically it’s the only button that does not work! Way to con your way into getting customers and then not letting them cancel with methods you state are available. Still not fixed will report this BBB and file a complaint online wherever applicable!

Eighty one dollars! I got in and the windshield was still dirty, the dashboard was still dirty and to top it all off I have different floor mats now... I didnt notice this until I got home and happened to see getting out of car, so there goes my weather techs. I can forget the missed spots but the MATS????? Congrats to who got them. Its bad enough they pressure you to upgrade the wash but to not put back what you took out is ridiculous, never again.

The cleaning staff is very good but the old guy that works in management in the front makes things difficult. Well, they are not the only hand wash place.

These guys rock... Never had a bad experience, and they always seem to amaze me. I did happen to try another wash in the area since this place seems to always be packed, and boy was i disappointed and regretted not waiting the 10 mins for quality. Every car is washed by hand, and every car is inspected by a manager or something. Try this wash and you will never want to wash anywhere else.

I LOVE this place. I recently got into my first new car so keeping it in great shape is a priority. Most exterior washes in the area go for $15-30 per basic wash, but you can get a $45 unlimited M-F wash plan here (with free hand vac or extra $5 interior vac by employees) which pays for itself and more if you go 1x a week or biweekly. The auto-detailing is also stellar, I spilled a large americano on my black upholstery and completely ruined the seat trying to get the coffee/smell out. The cleaning product I used dried white and it looked terrible. I paid $45 today for the express seat option; the individual who helped me took his time to focus on that area, happy to say my coffee stained seat looks brand new. It was my first time there. They were very nice and was able to purchase my next wash half off.

Im sure its fine if you just want a quick wash of the outside of your car. If you get your car washed frequently they have a membership system.I showed up because my window had been damaged in a storm and some water got inside. I dried it as well as I could but I wanted the carpet where the water had pooled professionally cleaned just to be sure.I showed up and asked how long it would take. They said two hours. I explained that I had some family obligations and couldnt be without a car that long so I would come back when I was free. They assured me that it was slow at the time and under the circumstances they could promise to be finished in an hour. They also told me I couldnt get the inside cleaned unless I paid for other services as well, though they didnt explain why. I was a little worried still but I decided to risk that no one would need me for an hour.The hour came and went and I could see them still working on my car in the back. I waited another 45 minutes and finally asked the guy at the front desk about my car. He checked, and they apparently said that it had been done for a while, they just didnt realize I was waiting.So my rush wasnt communicated, they promised something they couldnt deliver, they took advantage of someone who said he had a family emergency. And when i finally got the car home and checked, the spots on the carpet i was worried about were still noticeably damp. (I compared it to other spots to see if the whole thing was just still drying and the rest of the car was fine.)They do a sub par job and will lie to you to get your business. Not satisfied, will not be going back again.

I have been coming to this place for many years. I started bringing one car and now I bring my four cars. I have subscribed to the monthly membership for my four cars since it is the best value, I absolutely dont regret it. They know how to run a business and keep customers coming back. There is always a line there for a reason. The reason is because they are THAT GOOD! I dont mind waiting on the long line as it is worth the attention they give my cars. I love Five Corners Auto Salon and I would recommend them anytime!

Super satisfied with the much needed hand-car wash. Would come back again! I paid about $70 for the deluxe wash which is quoted at $57.25 - they charged extra for larger cars. It is the best price i saw compared to elsewhere in long island.

I have had my car detailed and wash it regularly here. Saw them on Instagram and had my car detailed and the owner was nice enough to throw in a month of unlimited gold washes $100value. I’ve been a monthly member going on 8 months and couldn’t be happier, if you don’t wash your car regularly get it detailed by them and then you can maintain its cleanliness with there plan for as little as 55 a month. With their satisfaction guarantee u can’t go wrong. Keep up the excellent work.

I recently bad the privilege of using Five Corners for the first time for a lease return and was amazed at the incredible job they did. Kudos to the crew, they are truly masters at their craft! They exceeded my expectations when they were able to remove every stain left by my children! The car was cleaner when I returned it than when I first picked it up 3 years ago. Even the dealer was impressed and said no one had ever returned a vehicle in that great of a condition. Five Corners made it look brand new again. I highly recommend them, their work is extremely IMPRESSIVE!

Neighborhood institution. Everyone in the area knows that this is THE best car wash. Very professional, and management is always checking the vehicles. I look forward to my visits as I love to check out the vehicles they detail. You can usually find an exotic being shined up in their detail bay.

Expensive, But they did an Outstanding job.

Just got a brand new car that now has swirl marks and a scratch on it because of improper drying techniques used here. Never felt satisfied with any of the car washes as there were always water marks left. I called to cancel my membership and was told to either do it online or In store. When I went on their website as I was on the phone with the guy there was no place for me to cancel it. He said he’ll have to bring that up to management. When asked if I could do it over the phone the guy on the phone said he can’t it’s not policy. Don’t bother coming here.Update: The manager David reached out to me via text after this review. He was very defensive and giving me the usual spiel about how great their car wash is and how they couldn’t have caused it. Then I read the other reviews and saw other people who had the same experience I did. From their new car getting scratched or damaged and the managers trying to pass the buck to the customer. I’m surprised nobody has taken this matter further and reported it. I suppose nobody has the time to deal with such horrible management. This is not how you run a business. Ignore the good reviews the bad ones far outweigh them.
