I had the most wonderful experience at I Love Hearing. Jessica is fabulous! She did a thorough test of my hearing and reported things I never knew before about my hearing. This was without a doubt the best facility for hearing I have ever visited. Cassandra, the receptionist, was also very personable and a joy to interact with. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough!

I came in for a general hearing check-up. Im in my early twenties and generally my hearing felt fine. I had a few concerns which the doctor was able to address, and I received a very thorough hearing evaluation and felt comfortable throughout my visit.

While I’m sure this service works great for some, we experienced the laziest hearing tests. There was nothing learned and we were told to purchase and get fitted for a hearing aide that wouldn’t provide a fraction of the things we required as part of job description and necessities. The secretary claimed the office was more thorough than they were as well. Not worth it, go somewhere else if you’re job depends on it.

Great experience! The service team is very knowledgeable and caring. My mother has Alzheimers, so it was great to see that Jessica and Cassandra had patience and really treated her with dignity, kindness, and respect. Jessica even worked out giving us loaner hearing aids, for the holiday, until the permanent aids arrive. Highly recommend!

I was delighted to find I Love Hearing in Lake Success. My family and I have been hearing aid wearers for many years and our usual audiologist had retired. We were unhappy withthe several we tried until we found Dr. Krista Cirillo. She is caring and concerned and went way out of her way to accommodate us and our needs. My husband, daughter and I are so pleased with our new and repaired hearing aids. This office is definitely a find.

I needed a replacement part for my mom’s hearing aids. Dr. Dank took thetime to fix it and helped me with battery replacements as well. Kim, who I originally spoke to, helped to coordinate my appointment.I would recommend this office.

Mr. Dank selflessly helped me out of a very difficult situation four years ago. My hearing aids had basically died almost one full year before my insurance policy would have allowed me to purchase new ones. He stepped up to the plate and provided me with loaner aids until I could purchase new ones through my insurance. I cannot thank Mr. Dank enough. He, Kerry and the entire Contemporary Hearing staff continue to support me any time that I need them. In this day and age it is refreshing to see such customer support.

Krista is the best! Very patient, personable and knowledgeable. And shes also very honest. My grandmother is amazed at how well she is hearing with her new hearing aids. The support from krista and the office cant be beat.

Very good service

I was fitted for 2 hearing aids at this office. Dr. Cirello took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a great price for my aids. When the hearing aids came in, she fitted me and took the time to teach me how to use and maintain them. I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Aviva is very courteous, professional and excellent audiologist, took enough time to evaluate my hearing and my hearing aids to suggest bet solution. I was extremely satisfied with the care I got

Yes I am related, but I have met many people who used Seth over the years and they all have great things to say about him. There is a difference, I would strongly recommend Contemporary Hearing Aids.

Seth, Krista, and Kerri are exactly the team I needed!! Seth helped me not only figure out the best hearing aids and accessories for me, but he and Krista were truly excited when there was finally a solution. I never thought I would use Bluetooth streamer but it actually works with my stethoscope, my iPhone, my TV, and I could use it as a microphone in a meeting or class if I wanted. Its kind of awesome :) When youre trying to get a good price, Seth calls multiple vendors and Ive learned to trust his good judgment. While Im saying good things, Kerris an angel! Shes always polite no matter how frustrated the customers are (people *do* love hearing - it stinks when a hearing aid doesnt work!). Thank you guys for being so great that Ill travel across the country to continue being your customer!! Any customer, whether theyve never had hearing aids before or theyre a pro, would be smart to use your team!

Dr. Dank and his receptionist are very helpful and professional . They do not pressure you and give you options as well as the best price they can . You do not have to wait long to see the doctor which is a rarity and much appreciated.
