Great selection and almost as important the tiles are laid out in great displays that makes it easy to flip through to see everything. We are redoing a basement bath and have been to many tile places w bad displays which were frustrating as it wastes time!Emma helped us find the tiles we wanted and as very patient and answered all our Qs. J&D was a very nice experience having come from the Swan tile shop next door (no service doesnt even describe their lack of attentiveness).
