I waited eight days and I didnt see that my order had shipped on their website. I emailed them, but I didnt hear a response. I selected the link to return the order, but I received an email from them that didnt answer my email. Rather, it notified me that they were preparing for shipment. I sent another email, requesting to cancel my order prior to shipping. A few days later, I received an email with a tracking number. I am beyond frustrated. One other issue is that there is no indication on their website if the parts are in stock, or if they are a special order item, requiring weeks of waiting. I am frustrated because I was forced to order the parts elsewhere because I received no response to my emails. Now I have duplicate parts.

Wish they send me the tracking info before the package arrived. I know its difficult time wright now so I understand.
