Today, I needed to return a package right away. There was a fairly significant wait....but hey, it was after work so thats expected, right?The staff, specifically the young man, with the shiny sneakers, greeting customers as they entered, to expedite drop-offs.He was professional, very upbeat and suuuper polite.When I got to the counter, I encountered a big problem with the receiver and an expired shipping label. Lorraine(?) suggested I call the receiver to have another label created, she was so helpful and positive.But as my calamity continued, I ended up with the expeditor dude. He got on the phone with the receiver and figured out the blah-blah-blah code and voila!...everything was resolved.Nice work.
I came in to ship two items.Needed to get labels, the manager starts asking the employee to do something else. I end up being there for around 30 minutes. Also the employee keeps on ignoring the fact that I’m waiting for the label she’s searching for something else on the computer after I asked her if the labels were ready. Just a hot mess! Focus on the customers that are waiting to be helped and then do whatever else you need to do. Super disrespectful!!!
Im disgusted by the type of service thats being provided at this location. Please save your self the headache and go to another Fedex location. I dropped of my package only to find out that the wrong label was scanned which I eve pointed out to the service rep. I was told that It should be fine. When there was no movement on the tracking I called and went back to the location and I was told that there is nothing they can do by this extremely rude and unprofessional service rep. Instead of helping she started pointing fingers and said that maybe i left the old label on. Mind you, this is not the first time something like this has occurred this this location. Im absolutely disgusted and will never go back here.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this FedEx location. Excessive wait time. Employees have no clue what they are doing, other than waste your time. Diane is another massive waste of time. She only directs customers who have a pre-printed label to the self service station and doesnt even acknowledge the ever growing line. Absolutely ridiculous way to conduct business. Negative 5 stars.
Now I understand the low ratings. After using Fedex Print and go service I waited like 15 mins before leaving with 3 employees behind the counter. 1 employee was servicing an inundating shipping request the other 2 were training on something. Horrible customer service the manager could have checked me out but didnt. Not sure what that was about.

Went to ship 2 large packages pre labeled and all. Waited in line got to the counter put first package down and said Ill be back quickly to grab the 2nd big package. In that time the lady took another customer and wasted 10 mins of my time waiting just so they can scan the pkg and give me the damn reciept.
I hope I am spelling his name right, but Silverman was just so helpful to me! I had a bunch of packages to send out and he was so patient with me, even when I realized I had the wrong address for one of them. So kind!
I have on a good number of times gone to this location and had to wait for service for more then 30min. Today 8/14/2018 got to the office at 3:10 PM and got my shipment scanned in good time BUT the printer was not working. Tolled the team member need a receipt, she said copy the label, then tolled her find a way to get a receipt due to I need one. After using another terminal and rebooting, got my receipt at 3:40PM. FedEx Corp. need to update there systems in there FedEx Offices to service there customers better then what there doing now.February 14, 2020 2:45 PM - Well about a year and a half later the service got better and the equipment or programs got better. Yes, people in the store, but, in and out with in 12 minutes and always get my receipt with NO problem. Good job FedEx.
Packages always arrive late. While every essential worker still has to meet work deadlines during pandemic, they use it as excuse to not offer credit for late delivery. Add two days on express shipments. Use USPS for same delivery day and cheaper. Many international areas use private contractors, so no guarantees.
I ordered a yard sign for my sisters 80th birthday and it was made in the wrong size. Fortunately Aisha the store manager was able to help me get the sign in time and the right size. Thank you Aisha. You did a fabulous job my family is very appreciative of the work you did to make my order right. Id definitely use your store again.
FedUp with this FedEx location....unprofessional, 3 employees standing around behind the counter having a great ole personal conversation while I patiently wait to drop off a package....what ever happened to simple greetings like “hi how may I help you” or “have a good day”, I don’t want anyone to lose their job but please please please retrain the employees at this location!
Worst, worst and worst at most. The lady behind the counter named Diana is quite rude telling me to push back several steps from the counter. We both wearing mask and there is a counter in between us. So, there is plenty of space in between. The white person (women) she was dealing earlier had never been told to move backward. This felt so insulting and helpless because I had to literally scream to talk to her. Diana, are you having a bad day today or you had problem dealing with me? I wish Id been attended by the next person behind the counter as he he seems pretty nice. This is last time I would come here.
Avoid this place. The workers appear as if they dont want to be there. They dont say a word to you when you walk in. Or throughout the transaction.
The woman store manager is very nasty and rude. Especially because it was 20 mins before closing she was unprofessional rude. She wanted to charge me for a package when i already packaged it in and she put it in the incorrect fedex bin. And she rude when i corrected her.I also heard her be very rude to another customer as I was waiting in line telling the customer to come earlier for his fedex needs.She needs to go
Like the most recent poster, I echo the sentiments about the store manager- Dianne. She is rude and condescending and also asked me to step back- even though I was wearing a mask -and so was she. Other disagreeable things happened during my visit and interaction -- but I have already written a letter to the corporate office to address it. As long as she is the manager, I wont be returning. The employees, on the other hand, have always been professional in their interactions with me.

I went to fed ex to print something and the customer service sucked. The staff was rude, unknowledgable, etc... I dont recommend this place to anyone. Theyre so rude that they push you away. I already made a complaint. I wouldnt rate this place with 1 star, I would rate it 0 but there was no choice for 0 and Im being nice to put 1 star.
I dont like giving bad reviews but this place deserves it. The employees are rude, ignorant and not very bright. I asked for a box measuring 62 inches in total. I was told it was too much math for them. They have a chart with the measurement of the boxes they carry but adding the length, width and height was too much math for them. Every time I have gone I have the same issues. Im finding another location. Whoever owns this place needs to get rid of these employees or give them good training.
I had a great experience there today. The manager greeted me as soon as I walked in, asked what I needed as she noticed that I was looking for something (tape), taped up my package for me and processed it within minutes. She was very pleasant and efficient. Purchased something at the other register and the lady who checked my items out was lovely as well. Actually chatted a bit with both of them. Had such a pleasant experience that I had to come on here and give them a good review.
The young lady working behind the counter was by herself. I was the first of 4 customers to walk in the door. I was there no more than 8 minutes as my item was a bit complicated but this young lady processed 2 other customers at the same time while waiting on my receipts to print and for me to fill out paperwork. She was great and friendly.
First let me say that if you knew me you would know that I am not one to ever post a bad review against someone or something but this is the WORST location ever! Do not ship your packages from this location if you want them to get there as promised. On three separate occasions (one being yesterday)they did not ship my package overnight as guaranteed, as a matter of fact all three packages never left their facility until the following day. All of my packages were scanned in well before drop off time and I was assured they would be delivered next day by 10:30 am. There is never a good explanation as to why it didnt get out. It is horribly managed. The manager doesnt even have the courtesy to come up front and talk to the customers when there is an issue. Shame, Shame on me for giving them a chance again yesterday! Yes, it happened again. I will never step foot in there ever again. Poor, poor, poorly run! They need a new manager right away. The powers that be @ FedEx need to take a hard look at this location.
Be ready to wait. Totally Lacking customer service too. A smile would help. I’ve been coming for years to this location, the staff was professional and courteous...not anymore. Left I’m going to the Post Office on Monday.
Some employees are nice than others so it’s not the location, it’s whoever is helping you.
I just read all the reviews after I had gone to this location and now I realize why I had an unprofessional experience at this location. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location. The clerk and manager are useless. I walked in, explained my work order and the clerk was poor at her job, communicated badly and the manager supported the clerk and not the customer. I left and went to a different location where I was helped in a courteous manner. The main corporate office should know about this location and do something to improve customer service before they have few if any customers. If there was room for zero stars, that would be the rating. Go anywhere else.

The only time Ive been there was today at 9:10 a.m. on a Wednesday, with one person ahead of me. The employee was extremely friendly, polite and efficient, no problem whatsoever.
This is highly understaffed store. I have never seen more than one employee at a time. And that employee is handling all the work. He or she is taking care of printouts, work stations, packaging and shipping.Thats why there is usually a long queue whenever you go there.FedEx should hire more employees at this location as this is in a very busy area.
The negative reviews here are spot-on. I try to use the Fedex in Great Neck, as the employees there are helpful and polite.

“WORST SERVICE EVER”I stood in line for over 20 minutes. The manager was doing nothing and the other clerk was helping a customer. As soon as the customer was done the Manager took a lady that came after me and the clerk said she was done for the day.When the manager finally took me she was rude, condescending and caught an attitude when I asked for a price. She gave me a price of $400.I am a business owner and have all my courier service done through Fedex on Newbridge road, Hicksville. If it was not for Andre who worked at their branch in Hicksville who charged me $225 and gave me free packing I would have taken my business to DHL or UPS.Corporate has to do something about this branch. And the reviews on their website are fake n doctored

The worst staff ever! No sense of customer service and when you call to speak to a manager or supervisor, I am told they are in a meeting or they dont come in until 3pm. Fedex needs to spend more time and money training these people they call customer service, because surely they are not there to serve the customers.
I was a little hesitant given my previous experiences sending stuff through the post office. But it was a quick and easy experience. I was returning something i bought on ebay. I came up to the counter and i didnt just stand around for a long time like a dope, someone attended to me and asked me what i needed help it. Packaging price was fine, i needed to pay for some some filler in the box but thats to be expected..
Beware... This Fedex location has a bad policy where if the contents of your box moves, they charge you for filler. The staff here said it was their policy that they could not ship the box unless it was completely full. They charge you $4 or more for paper filler to put in the box so that the contents is stable. The item in the box was already covered in bubble wrap and didnt require additional protection.To Management: its not worth nickel and diming your customers for all the frustration it results in. You just lost a local customer.
My experience at this location was horrible. Brianna and Hikem D was no help whatsoever. I had to scan some pictures for my Daughters sweet 16 thats approaching. I thought fed ex was the place to get this done. I was saddly mistaken. Hikem pointed me to the self service computers and it was sink or swim, advising me the staff can not stand over me to assist. He told me to read the instructions thats taped on the left of the cubicle. Needless to say I wasted my money, as the computer charge you 48 cents a minute.I thought Brianna would offer better customer service, boy was I wrong. Brianna did scan my pictures however she made me wait for over an hour. The store was not crowded, I know for sure that hour wait was unnecessary. When I reached home to use the scan pictures, the pictures was horrible. The pictures had all sorts of stains (which was not on my original copies). Run far away from this location. I would never return. A waste of money and time.If a manager is reading this, please give your staff a refresher on quality Customer Service.

Waste of time and energy with the clerks at this place. I can guarantee the ratings for this store in the low 2s are accurate as of March 2017. Went into the store to pick up an attempted delivery. I stood in line with my son for over 30 minutes while we watched one clerk attempting to package an xbox and the other on the computer while the line was forming 5 people long. The clerk finally got off the computer to assist the rest of the customers, while the other clerk was still busy packaging an xbox. Finally it was my turn, the clerks attitude was basically if she was doing me a favor by retrieving my item from the inventory. I left with my package about 36 minutes after getting into the store. Even as I left the other clerk was still packing the xbox into a box!!! Horrendous experience, never ever going back. I hope I saved you viewers some time after my post from not stepping foot inside this store.

WORST FedEx location. I have a FedEx account with work so I have used many locations and this one a few times. The staff is rude.I shipped 6 packages with Erleen the manager, she called an hour later to tell me she forgot to print a label for 1 package and that it would not be going out with the rest, BUT she would ship it for me while on the phone since she already has all my details. All boxes arrived the next day EXCEPT ONE...Surprise, surprise...it has been over 2 weeks and my package is still missing. I tracked the package to find out that Erleen didnt even put the correct address for delivery.
The so called female manager here is arrogant, disrespectful, and does not know what she is doing! i came to send a package billed to recipient and she asked who is it for. i told her it is for my sister and her response is i am not allowed to send it because i am not the spouse of the recipient. i told her that it is for my sister and she has a fedex account and that she will pay the cost of the delivery. what happened to the fedex bill to recipient option?

Its either my Google maps or something but this is not the right location, its right next to sears. Type in the address instead of searching fed ex on Google maps, then the right location will show up
