Poor Service as usual no one has a clue whats going on in the whole store

Honestly the nicest staff Ive seen in Walmart. Great customer service and expedient service. Whether is a tire rotation or an oil change or even some of their more advanced services they never disappoint and Ive even brought my car in after taking it to the dealer to have it serviced and a tire pressure light coming on and they helped solve the problem and in the end didnt even charge me for taking a look at the tires.

It’s 6:14 went to change wife oil and 2 employees refused me talk about they was closing I replied y’all don’t close tell 7pm smh if you hate you job find a new one

I went for an oil change and asked for my fluids to be topped off before a family road trip. It appears that they put power steering fluid in my brake resovior. My brakes are shot now and they say they didnt do it. They dont add fluids. I have no fluids to add myself and no one else worked on my car. Now my brakes are shot and they dont take any responsibility. Now I have a huge bill to get my car fixed so I can get to work without hitting someone. The only thing I wanted was them to fix their mistake.

How many times I have gone to walmart for oil changes, twice in as many days, to be told they are not doing anymore oil changes, and today call first so I dont burn gas unnecessarily. Get there and told walmart is not changing oil today, because they are short-handed. B.S..It is time for walmart to accumulate oil change technician applications so when the existing ones do not come to work replace them. It is not about taking care of the customer anymore.I am about fed up with walmart all together.

The people at the counter in automotive didnt seem to understand anything about there products. I had to tell the girl 3 times how to find the product I was looking for and finally had to Google it on my phone because she didnt understand. Because she didnt, she literally walked away from me and I had to wait another 15 minutes for someone else. I was never rude.

Leah is helpful and her voice when she talks will drive you to fall in love

Hours say 7a to 7p weekdays. On a Thursday at 6 p.m. I went to get a new tire and they were already closed. Then today after working a night shift go to get my oil changed wait until 7:20 and they still had yet to open. So they need to change the hours of operation to match what they are actually working
