Ordered two drinks and both drinks were nasty. The strawberry drink was watered down and the ice Kiwi tasted spoil per the Doctor who ordered it. I’m at work and ordered before my shift I can’t go back to get it remade.

Every time I’ve been to Starbucks either through the drive-thru or in the actual store has been an amazing experience. The coffee is always as expected and prices are moderate to high but definitely worth the cost. The day Manager I’ve mostly dealt with is Alex and is an absolute pleasure, he’s polite and will do anything to make your customer experience a great one! 10/10 would recommend to friends.

I use the app alot to order ahead as I travel alot and its much quicker to just order run in and pick up. I will never make the mistake of doing that at this location again. Cant get an order right or even have it ready. Worst one Ive ever been to. Rude staff too.

I usually go to CCS coffee. But I would usually go to a starbuck once every 2 weeks. Because I love the mocha cookie crumble there. But every time no matter which location i go too. I never get greeted by the staff. I guess all that retrain didnt do much. But make them worse....

Do not try the sugar-free cinnamon whatever in your coffee it is awful. I was traveling and I ordered it and realize how disgusting it was several miles down the road I couldnt drink it and it was a huge waste of money. The staff was nice.

Greeted when I walked in the door by friendly staff. Placed my order in less than 2 minutes and had my order in less than 7 minutes.Staff was great, everything was very clean and comfortable.

We travel the USA and this is one of the dirtiest Starbucks we have been to. The floors are littered and dirty. No paper towels in restroom. Half and Half was very warm. The help was friendly. Please send them a message to sweep and wash floors and toilets too.

Service not as good as other Starbucks. Order correct but very slow for a plain coffee with cream. No friendly cheerful staff here. No concern for customer service.

They make my drink perfect 99% of the time. The staff is great, and the facilities are clean.

Worst location I’ve been to. Only gave 1 Star because it’s required minimum. The service was terrible. After ordering my drink, it was made incorrectly twice! Not the mention, the drink prior to mine was made incorrectly as well. Then they had the nerve to be rude about their own mistakes. Oh well, won’t be back.

Had a cappuccino and a couple of fraps here. The place is spacious and has a few cozy seats and a couple of tables. There is also an outside terrace. Service is quick and the facilities were clean. There is 1 restroom for each sex.

I love their caramel mocha coffees..Starbucks is a little pricy. But, its worth it..

I am from out of town my husband is doing some class in youngville la. And I need some where to go while i wait on him so i found this Starbucks and went sat down for coffee and lit bite to eat for breakfast. Best Starbucks i ever found. from 730am to almost 1100am there drive thru never stop . i watch cars pull to window and move on within a minute so fast everyone smile greeded good morning so if you are ever in the New Iberia la area please stop in you will be very pleased. This is, hands down, the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. As a matter of fact, this is the first Starbucks Ive patronized that has been consistently awful. I think I can count on ONE hand how many times Ive been there that theyve gotten my order 100% correct and it was actually drinkable. I dont even order high maintenance drinks! This place is poorly managed, and Im tired of giving chances for improvement. Do yourself a favor and just dont go.

This starbucks always messes on on my drinks. When you ask them to fix it you get an additude or them complaining I made it the right way when you dont have things to make a drink say something dont make it than one of the other employees ask where the item is and you over hear

I took an Uber here and that was great! Coffee was good but the staff didnt really know all that much about how to fix coffee.

Good coffee, relatively quiet when I go, and the people are cool and know what they are doing. Dont forget that with the new app you can order and not have to wait when its busy.
