This is really a place where I would never want to go back the staff is asleep. Looks like he hasnt slept in weeks.

Friendly staff; helpful. Variety available not so much. I like high end stuff. However, not having the option to choose less expensive items is limiting yourself from a valuable customer base.Why would any store do that in any city; let alone a small city?

Customer service here is a joke. Tech experts have no training, the copy and print personnel want to do the fastest job rather than best job so they cut corners, and everyone thinks attacking a customer as soon as they come in is great service. Let people browse!

Been here 15 minutes. Staff is working short handed. Its not acceptable that customers have to wait this long for service. Need to train more people in more than one area. Not their fault...
