AT THIS STORE LOCATION; THE EMPLOYEES ABSOLUTELY TREATED ME BADLY! I WAS SPOKEN TO VERY LOUDLY, ACROSS THE WAY FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE BY TOBACCO PLUS EMPLOYEES/AFFILIATES/ OR THOSE EMPLOYED BY TOBACCO PLUS AND(OR) THOSE THAT RECEIVE PAYMENT(S) FOR EMPLOYMENT; THE EXPERIENCE WAS COMPLETELY HUMILIATING....MANAGERS PLEASE BE AWARE AND TAKE ACTION TO STOP THIS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. I FELT UNSAFE AND I WAS EXCEPTIONALLY SHOCKED AT STORE #3 IN NEW IBERIA ON ADMIRAL DOYLE DR.

Very friendly staff, very clean store, good coffee, and decent priced gas.

Numerous times I have had to go inside solely to get a gas receipt because the receipt paper are never replaced. Waste of time waiting in line due to mismanagement. Employees are great.

I went by this morning 2 employees behind register they both ignored me and 2 other customers turned their backs to us I waited 5 minutes then walked out went to the tobacco store on center Street they were happy to have my business with a smile.I will not shop at tobacco plus any longer usually buy my gas and tobacco needs there but I guess they dont need my $60+ each week.They are mostly rude and unfriendly anyway.I wonder if the owner and managers are aware of this.Guess not.

The one on admiral Doyle in new Iberia la. Employees are not that nice and dont abide by price on shelf. I brought a bag of cattleman pepper jerky 10 ounce bag to register to buy. On the shelf in 3 places had it at $11.99 and it was ringi g up as $13.99. I told her you should give it to me for price on shelf. Her response is it rings up as $13.99 so that is what I have to charge you. Unreal. Will not go back to that store. I tank up sometimes 2 times a week and buy all my beer and cigs from that store. No more. Will go down the road to Wal-Mart to get all now.
