We have been shopping around for almost a year for a modular home and then i found this place, the homes attention to detail on the craftsmanship is excellent its the smaller things that everyone over looks that shows how well they took pride in these homes. Ask for Ashton LeBlanc, he is not your typical car salesman stereotype he isnt gonna push there product on you, their modular home sell themselves. Ashton is very upfront and will answer all your questions and if is not 100% sure he will find out the answer and not lie about it, go take a look. Thank Yall

Very poor quality of service and techs. Not at all what I paid for. Ive been putting reviews on FB but they some how are getting deleted.In replying to your comment (whom ever replied) get ALL the facts before you post your answer to my post. I have more on file with Gulf Coast than you are posting ask to see the pictures that was sent to both my sales person and your person that does your repair scheduling as well as Franklin homes. We will handle all of the repairs that gulf coast and Franklin homes techs did. Now the repairs are going to be repaired for the third time. Some that were never addressed because of the poor quality work that was done by gulf coast and Franklin homes techs on simple repairs we decided it was in our best interest just to hire a qualified or someone with quality work skills to do the repairs.If you want to contact me my number is on file.What you people fail to realize is yes satisfied clients sell homes for gulf coast but remember DISSATISFIED clients can help ours to make a wise decision.

Their homes are built to the highest quality, and the staff is very informative and genuine.

I havent bought anything from them yet, but their service and friendliness is top notch. Their modular homes seem very well built and the prices seem fair.
