He not only explained everything in a very helpful way but took the extra time to show me how to do certain things I wasnt aware of regarding my older phone. Although I hadnt planned on purchasing a new phone, his knowledge and expertise helped me to make the decision to buy a new phone. Im so glad I did.

This experience alone has changed my perspective of shopping in-store at Verizon. After dealing with the location out McKnight road for years, which was a McKnightmare, I saw the reviews here and gave it a shot. Michael and his coworker where a blast to talk to and joke around with while they got our account setup and Michael even went out of his way to get ahold of a smartwatch I wanted. If youre anywhere near the area and need to stop in at a Verizon location, I dont think youll find a better one than this.

William was the Verizon consultant that helped me ! He was very knowledgeable about the phones I inquired about !! He was patient and allowed me to take my time in deciding if I wanted to purchase a new phone at this time. I finally decided on the Samsung S-20+5g. William is a great asset to the Verizon family !

Beware of Michael Bickel who works there. The guy is a total crook with zero integrity. I would recommend a different carrier, and not using these scammers.

I went in looking for an inexpensive phone. They showed me a couple but both had bad customer reviews and I didnt want them. I wanted an exact replacement for the one I have now and I mentioned that a friend had suggested eBay. The man at the counter said that eBay is problematic. I asked why and he told me. Fair enough. Less than an hour later, I got a message from eBay saying that my newly opened account had been closed for fraud. Apparently, the scumbag at this verizon store reported me. I hadnt ever even used my account at all and I most certainly have not committed fraud! Just a mention of the competition and this psycho sets to work on you. Dont give them any of your private information!

The best phone buying experience Ive ever had. Marc was the greatest person ever. He burned through three screen protectors just to make sure he had it on perfectly. Never have I had a retail salesman treat me as nicely as Marc did. Highly recommended!

I have never been treated so poorly. Brushed off and rushed out of store. I have had nothing but issues with my cellphone since purchased new phone. Ive been to other Verizon store and the staff had always treated me well and tried to resolve any question or issue Ive had. I will never ever go back to the New Kensington store if you paid me. Im a Realtor and need the best phone that has no issues. I feel this phone was already used or had issues and was a return but I cant prove it!

I recently went to this Verizon store specifically because I learned that John Hampton had transferred there. He has always provided the best service and is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I dread updating my devices and know I can always count on him to assist in making the process as seamless as possible.

I have never had a negative experience with this store. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional and courteous. Sarah was great with my latest purchase,she had a little trouble transferring data from my old phone,but she did not stop until everything was transferred. Anytime I need anything for my wireless needs,your store is my first stop.
