Same day curbside pick up is convenient and last week between my mom sister and myself we placed three orders which were all ready within two hours and available for pick up before the store closed today I place an order at two clock and it won’t be ready until tomorrow for pick up I called the store to make sure there wasn’t an issue on my part with my order and the service of the employee on the phone was terrible. I love Michaels and shop here often very upset with the service I received today :(

By golly, upon approaching the store location, there was a HORSE near the entrance. Now, this wasnt one of those fancy ride around horses, that you can pay to ride. This was a WILD ANIMAL. Onlookers didnt seem to mind it at first, but as I began to throw a fir, everyone looked over and stared. I am appalled, that the store staff didnt take more precautionary measures, or contact animal control!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I shop here, for FEAR of my life being, quite literally, TRAMPLED. 4/5 Not bad.

Always has something when Im looking for crafts or gifts. They always offer a coupon online for 40%-50% off one full price item. Their after holidays sale is amazing!!

Went for poster frames. They had nearly 20 in stock with a buy 1 get 2 deal. Hard to say no to that. Still somewhat expensive but you can get a high volume of supplies in great quality

Great craft items. Everything you need for art, scrapbooks and photo books. Nice place to buys gifts too. Only thing is the lines are usually long.

This Michaels I like, the cashier takes time out to help with what youre looking for and even helps with finding coupons online.

They have a nice selection for almost any craft. Just too pricey.

Stock that they said was available online on that store was there. There clearance was mixed with not clearance. I got charged more on desame yarn with different color on same clearance rack. No price tag.

Great place to get things framed. They also have Velcro if you can’t find it at Home Depot like I couldn’t.

I like Michaels. Its big enough that they have what you need but not overwhelming. I found what I needed right away and the selection of choices was fantastic. I was even able to use a coupon that they had emailed me to save money.

Dont bother speaking with any employee! extremely rude. I left and canceled my curbside order! will never come to this location again!

Wonderful helpful wtaff

Great place to get the kids crafts for school or home. Lines started getting long and they opened up a couple more registers. Very efficient and very helpful when we asked questions.

Was searching for small flag emblems that could either be ironed on or glued on using fabric glue to a shirt. Found it at Michaels.

Super friendly service they saw the line was getting long so they added three more cashiers and we got through quickly. The cashier I had was a high school girl she knew that I was a teacher and started asking me questions because she wanted to go in an elementary teaching to it was very refreshing to have a nice conversation.

I stopped by with a 60% off in store coupon that expires 7/31(11 days from now). They would not accept it and said that Micahels made a mistake sending them out. I have several friends who used the same coupon today at other Michaels stores where they accepted it.

New staff, not so great!

After traveling to many stores for a few unique ornaments my wife found everything she needed.

Very pretty inside but couldnt find what I was looking for and the only employees I seen were at the registers checking people out.

Every time I go into Michaels I seem to be more frustrated. I do a search through Google to double check what I am going there to purchased and it says in stock at the store. When I arrive only to find out they dont even carry the products anymore. They need more staff.It is one of the closest craft stores to us so it kind of limits our ability to find something without traveling further outside of our surrounding area.

I cant say enough about how happy I am with the custom framing that Theresa did on my needlepoint. This project took me a year to make (about 70,000 stitches will do that!) so I decided to spend the money to have my work professionally framed and so glad that I did. Every time I look at it Im happier with it. Theresa is very talented with her work and her recommendations were spot on perfect! Im hooked and will have all of my framing done at Michaels from now on!

The employees here are awesome, especially the ones that help with the children’s events. Super helpful and patient with my kids every time we’ve come here for crafting classes.

They have been much better with trying to have more people run the cash registers because the lines used to be terrible! The staff is hit or mess with how friendly they are. I have had some wonderful experiences and then some not-so-friendly people there period always a great selection and cant miss or beat their sales! I just wish that you could use a coupon for their super buys!

I hate going in a store where you get prejudice or bigot vibes. I definitely got those vibes from my short visit. Trust they tried not showing it but I still saw and felt it

Classic craft store, just ashame they dont get much business anymore, thus the merchandise is a bit old, its obvious its been sitting in the store a while and Ive seen the same stagnant selection multiple trips now.

Worse service I came here to pick up a birthday gift I had already ordered online. It is snowing outside I just needed this gift the girls that were closing today were more worries about closing time wich was an hour later still and did not even wanted to help me look for this. That said that everyone who would knew where this was at was no longer at there and they had no idea where it could be found. Worse service I have ever had in this Michaels.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. Encounter two awfully rude employees. Not helpful. I think one was a manager and she was there wearing street clothes that were 10 sizes too small and looked and sounded very unprofessional. Worth driving further to go to a different location. Won’t be back.

In general, I love Michaels and have never been to a location that didnt carry something new or unique that piqued my interest. Great spot for arts and crafts/hobby supplies.

Its a nice place with large variety. Watch the coupons, sometimes what is discounted is unclear. Ive gone to the register several times with items, only to find my coupon didnt apply.

They had most of what I needed and the staff helped me find a suitable solution for what they didnt.

Called the New Lennox store because the Joliet store said they had a certain item in stock there... a woman named Laura, said that they were totally out of that item and that the Joliet store was wrong about their inventory on the computer system . I went to the New Lennox store to find 15 of the items on the shelf.The older man at the New Lennox store said oh well, sorry about it .The people at the New Lennox store are so unprofessional and could care less about customer service. I wouldnt shop there again if my life depended on it!Laura has no business working in retail and has no idea about how to treat customers! This store has definitely lost one customer because of her attitude and lack of respect!
