Hunter was very helpful in helping me find what size wiper blades go on my car. Alexandria came out to help put them on & teach me so that I can put them on myself next time. 10/10 would recommend this autozone & crew!

Alexandria was most unhelpful. Refused to come out from behind the counter to help me find something. Never been to a more rude autozone in my life. I couldnt seem to find a thread on a screw. She said they must not make it its either metric or English. My threads were perfectly fine. How disappointing. However another auto store help me find it within a minute.

The staff there was extremely helpful. Allie & Dawn (if I remember correctly, sorry if Im off) were extremely helpful. Not only did they help me put the windshield wipers on but they made me feel comfortable. They may have picked up on my anxiety of being in an auto store. Needless to say this will be the only store that Ill go to. Thanks ladies!

This autozone location has some of the best employees i have ever encountered, The service is outstanding all the employees have the best attitude, very cheerful and there knowledge of auto parts and the products they are selling. Mike went out of his way to help me when the battery died on my car. He had stayed past his scheduled time and even though he was already clocked out he stayed and helped me until the battery was replaced. He seriously saved the day! He was kind, professional and helpful. This guy deserves a raise and promotion! Would highly recommend seeing Mike for help at autozone. The service was spectacular. Without that excellent service, I could have gone anywhere to get a new battery. I will now return to autozone for any future car needs!

I usually dont do reviews good or bad but there is a person who works at the Autozone in New Lenox named Will. The few times Ive been there he has been consistently courteous and helpful. Today at my request he ran the OBD on a couple malfunction indicator lights on my dash and checked my battery as well and answered questions and gave me helpful advice. Its almost uncommon these days to find that kind of professionalism anywhere.

They delivered part to wrong address. According to tracking it was returned but was never refunded. I had to call and ask them to refund it. They did after digging through their system. Their system should have automatically handled the refund process.

Tested and installed a battery when it was 3 degrees! Didnt try to sell me the most expensive battery for my old car. Unbelievably fast and so polite!

Went to the drive-through car wash and it tore one of my wipers off. I went to autozone, Mike asked what I needed I told him what happened he got me the wipers rang me up installed them the whole thing start to finish took 10 minutes I would definitely recommend AutoZone in New Lenox!

Allie is amazing! Came in for a steering wheel cover that would keep my hands warm and she directed me right to the perfect one. She even let me go out to her car to see her steering wheel cover so I could see what it looked like installed. Then, after I picked mine out she came outside and installed it for me! Excellent customer service! I went in to have my check engine light checked and was low on coolant. The gentleman even put the coolant into my van! I received better service than I would have at the dealership, and it only cost me the price of a jug of coolant.

Pretty wide selection of parts and pieces.The prices can be a bit high on some things, but there arent a lot of alternative options so you cant really do anything about that.Wish they carried odd bits from multiple brands. Broke an alternator bolt and they carry them. Unfortunately they only carry GM bolts and mine was a Ford. Oh well, still a good store.

These guys treated my problem like their problem. Curteous, professional and knowledgeable. Real life savers for a dude far away from home. Unlike the other auto parts store, they even got me the right part! Which helps! I cant recommend them any more strongly. Id give 6 stars if i was able.

When you try to get a light bulb changed and you ask the gentleman how to get the clip off and he keeps on saying that you need to get the cap off and ask over and over again the same question then he walks away from you. That is why I will never go there again.

Absolutely amazing service! I went in to fix an item on my car (I have very little knowledge). The gentlemen assisting me took the time to look through my owners manual, go out to my car and fix the item with me!

Every single time I go in there everyone is always so helpful. I went in a couple weeks ago because I ordered a mirror for my passenger side door and it had come in. Gary and Jamie had both helped me. I ordered the wrong size but they both took the time to help me. As I was ready to leave I tried starting my car up and it wouldnt start so Jamie came out and checked my battery. It was the battery. Luckily I had bought the battery there so it was under warranty. He put in a new battery and then checked to make sure my alternator wasnt affecting the battery life. The alternator was good so it was a bad battery I had gotten.Gary and Jamie were great and I appreciate all they did for me! Thanks guys!!

I stopped in for a PCV hose. I only needed a 6 piece. I was originally told that they didnt have it. After a bit of discussion, a more senior member of the staff provided the rubber hose to me for no charge.In the past, the staff at this AutoZone has helped me with other car part issues. I sometimes have to press them a bit but ultimately, I get a good answer from them. I recommend them for your needs.

They would have received 5 stars if it wasnt for the few things.They hangout at the counter and wait for you to come to them if you need to ask for help or have a question. When you walk in if you give them a hint of what you are looking for they point to an aisle and never check to see if you found what you are looking for even if its been awhile.

This is one of the best AutoZones Ive been to. Such friendly staff and Ali knows exactly what you are looking for.

Lies lies lies. They lied on their windows. We bought a battery and they were supposed to install it for free. So the guy brought the battery and tools outside and went back inside without saying a word and left us waiting for long time. When we checked what was he doing he was selling something else to another customer!!! That just made us loose it. I told him thank you for leaving us waiting outside for long time and his answer was we are not a service center!! Then why would you advertise this service on the front window !!!

The worst customer service i have ever dealt with, they dont know what they are doing costing me an arm and a leg!!! my advice is do not believe they said life time warranty they are liers and i will show proof of that!!!!Follow up Add:so the area manager tried to contact my Boss at work!!! dont know what he was thinking NO ONE CAN TWIST MY ARM!!! especially when this is a personal vehicle and they have a service that sucks!!! also they told my co worker that i was angry and went nuts while i was just trying to get my fuel pump either exchanged or refunded. for all of you out there be careful of their warranty because they dont even cover your labor trying to get it replaced not even a year out of the life time warranty and had to go thru personal hurrasment at work and bad reputation among co-workers WOW yes WOW!!!
