Great work once again. Josh was nice enough to meet me at the shop on a Saturday evening after I got off work so I could pick up my bike, and I was able to attend the end of season party at Sollitt Tap. Thanks again.

-Scratched both of my $1500 (1yr old) coilovers while attempting to adjust them.-Never performed alignment as promised. (steering wheel still crooked)-Kept truck an extra day/Not on time.-Charged $340 to adjust coilovers, alignment and replace a bushing. Its a shame because I live so close but Ill never go back.

I brought my BMW 135i in for an alignment. 2 previous shops could not get my custom track specs right. The price was super affordable and the car drives great. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

They squeezed in a front end alignment on a Saturday after I called them late on a Friday for an appointment when they were already booked up. Truck tracks nice and straight. I’ve never had complaints from any other people I’ve sent over there. Can’t beat the price anywhere. Two thumbs up!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A+++++Brought my 30in SMT wheel in for Josh to mount a tire on, I was amazed at how fast him and his guys got the job done and I was shocked when he BALANCED the wheel too! Besides the Harley dealership Midwest Wheelz is about the only place I know that would be able to balance a motorcycle wheel and tire! Thanks again!

Great clean shop, knowledgeable staff, and fair pricing. The place to go to for in the Chicagoland area for custom alignments and suspension work hands down! Hard to find more knowledgeable shops in both race car and custom truck/Jeep alignment. Will not be disappointed. Their custom motorcycle work looks amazing too from the bikes they had in the shop.

My friend was ripped off and lied to by the owner at Midwest Wheelz. The owner had a mechanic work on my friends car and realized the mechanic did poor quality work. So the mechanic was let go. When the back new tires got bald after 2 months my friend took her car back to Discount Tires and had to get her tires replaced again as it was suggested from Discount Tires that my friend take her car back to Midwest Wheelz to get her back end properly fixed again as it should have been done the first time. Beware this business is not BBB accreditated. Discount Tires must have some deal with Midwest Wheelz and vise versa. So that Midwest Wheelz sends customers to Discount Tires and vise versa for monetary gain and business purposes. After my friend was told that although the mechanic was fired for poor workmanship, the owner would not make things right and correct all errors and take monetary responsibility for previous poor workmanship. My friend suggested that the owner at Midwest Wheelz call her with an estimate before shed authorize any work or not. Her car sat there for over two weeks and she never was contacted by the owner. She decided to go to a reputable business in Mokena to find out exactly what wasnt done that she paid for, and what was poorly done by the mechanic and had to be redone. Cheap bearings were put on the front of the car and Gamboas caught it, and had to replace the parts. I cannot in good conscience recommend Midwest Wheelz. I dont want anyone else to be taken advantage of by this company. The owner is dishonest, immoral, and unethical. He also charges way too much compared to other mechanics in the area. You can refute my review but you are an incredibly dishonest person. She came there the first time for wheel bearings and an alignment based on what Discount Tires suggested. You charged her for rear coil springs both sides, replaced new shocks (which another mechanic said she didnt need,) and one tie rod replaced, and you removed and replaced the wheel bearings with cheap parts that had to replaced again by another mechanic that indicated you placed cheap parts on her car. Your total bill was 1094.47. Labor was 442.00, the wheel bearings were 267.66, the coil spring set was 158.45, the shocks were 117.12, the tie rod end was 55.37. She was told that she clearly needed an alignment. You clearly missed that the control arm in the right rear needed to be replaced. Why did you tell her that her car would receive an alignment free of charge and you never serviced her car with an alignment? Why did you tell the manager at Discount Tires that you only did front end work not any back end work on her car? As far as you calling her phone, there wasnt one call from you listed in her call logs nor did you leave a message. Lets be honest here you were guilty and didnt want to deal with her car. No responsible business owner is going to just let someones car sit at their shop for over two weeks without calling. My friend attempted to contact you, left messages and never any phone calls back. The issue was and has always been that you didnt repair everything that needed to be fixed on her car. She drove it for no more than two months and thankfully was not in an accident due to you not doing your job. Both new tires were completely bald from the middle of the tires to the inside of the car. You could see the steel belt. She clearly didnt have a safe car to drive and if you knew that she should have been warned. Her intent was to make all necessary repairs for a safe ride. She needs a reliable car. Gamboas fixed it for you instead. As far as trashing goes, I just simply do not want anyone else to ever get ripped off by you so by word of mouth I will be honest regarding what you did and did not do. I clarified what trashing meant and you know it as verbal communication in order to spare a friend or relative from getting ripped off by you! You hired a lousy mechanic and the repercussions should have been on you. But you didnt take one ounce of responsibility as a reputable business owner would.

Terrible shop!! This is the first time and the last time I use them. I would not recommend them to anyone! They scratched one of my rims and I had to bring my car into the dealership and have all the work they did fixed and redone. They also charged me 31% over dealer retail for parts.
