The staff is extremely helpful and friendly at the new Lenox store.

The store is always super clean and nicely organized. Everything is great quality. Every staff member we came across legitimately seemed like they were happy to see you and were very polite and greeted us every single time, asking if we needed help finding anything. Overall Target is just a superior store in my eyes and we will continue shopping with you and recommending you to anyone and everyone. Thank you!!

I love coming here and visiting the Starbucks counter... one of the baristas, charlie, is the reason i go up there so often! such a cute boy… he deserves the employee of the year!

Target is phenomenal. At the grocery store, instead of hoping the cases of water is in stock and getting into my cart, I enter into the Target appl and pick it up at a lesser price. Your frozen vegetable selection is very good and also extremely reasonable. I love the fact that they are cooked in the bag so there is no need use a utensil to cook them in my microwave. Groceries are delivered with a smile. Target is truly my go to store !

Came to buy a TV. The size and brand we wanted wasnt around the display models so I asked for help; Alex H. Arrived shortly after. Alex was patient and helpful, making multiple runs to the rear to confirm our options. After all was said and done he used a flatbed roller to bring the TV to our car up front and helped us load it. Thanks again Alex.

Poor management and staffing. I was briefly employed by an outsourcing agency to work in the “Tech” department, and I inherited an awful work station with cabinets falling off whenever I tried to open them, keyboards and random cables everywhere, and my first day I asked them about it, since I believed the work space was kind of a liability, I was told “well, a work order is in”, as you could literally see the dried wood glue expecting to hold the hinges on. I left due to issues with the outsourcing company, but I will actively avoid shopping at Target again after seeing how management deals with their budget.

This store is well stocked and clean. Employees nice and helpful. Nice selection of fruits & vegetables.

Almost everything I needed was there but good experience over all not crazy expensive.

Customer service at this location is the worst it don’t matter what time a day it is or what day of the week it is it’s god all full and when you bring it up to any type of management they just shrug it off like nothing happened this is not the first time for me at this location i have had issues with this i’m just done with this store all together i will be taking my money to orland from now on

I came in to pick up a mini fridge my boss bought for our Ubreakifix store in Mokena and Ian was such a blessing. He carted the mini fridge outside for me and even took it out of the box because it wouldnt fit. And then he cut off the barcode from the box so that if there were any issues we could return it. Thank you sincerely for helping me put it in my car. Ian is amazing and deserves a raise!!!

When I did curbside it was great and the people who work there were very polite and caring.

Great customer service today at the New Lenox, IL Target. I was greeted with a clean cart and great hello, (yes, it makes a difference to me) An employee, Oscar, did everything he could to help me out finding an item and Rhonda was very pleasant while she checked my items out for purchase:) I was also thanked for shopping at this Target on my way out the door. In previous trips I was not impressed by anything at this Target, Im extremely happy with the changes made in this store.

The store near my home is always clean and well organized. Parking is good.

The employee did not give me all my bags. I did not know until I got all the way home. When I went back she handed me the bag and didnt even bother to apologize!

Used the curbside pickup after ordering a few things on the Target app. Items were ready to be picked up within an hour and I was able to get my things without leaving my car. It is great to use especially now when it is difficult to get in and out of a store quickly or when the kids are with you. Will definitely use the curbside pickup again.

It was easy to use the app. The actual best part was the associate who greeted me at my car and loaded everything. She was very personable!!!! Made my day!

Even though they didnt have what I wanted, Justin was very helpful. I appreciated him stopping his stocking to look with me. (And secretly happy when he couldnt find it either) the store was clean and organized. There were several employees stocking but they werent disrupting the whole area. It was still easy for us to shop.

Easy to use app and fast pick up service. New Lenox store is always well staffed when I visit. Lines normally clear up fast. Store is normally pretty clean. Havent had any issues at this location.

I will NOT be using their drive up pick up AGAIN! I was missing 7 items and having to go back only to STILL have missing items. Isnt worth the aggravation!

With the way things are right now going to target made me so happy to see them cleaning and enforcing the social distancing. It was longer wait times but I was pleased to wait Knowing that the proper cleaning of areas was being taken!

It’s unfortunate but I have to say that this Target location is full of unhelpful employees. I placed an online pickup order inside the store after they wouldn’t honor their online price in store. Then they wouldn’t process the online order in a timely manner, they made me wait 4 hours to get the item that I could have walked in and purchased if they honored the online price. No one stepped up and tried to solve the problem for me, and this was during a quarantine so instead of being in and out I had to loiter for 4 hours. This location and the people involved are a complete disgrace. I then called corporate and they couldn’t help me either, they offered a 10% discount instead of just fulfilling my order. Terrible customer service.

I mean target. I dont think anything else needs to be said. Clean store. Lots of workers. I always have fun walking around in here. And I always spend more than i really mean too.

I think that if your Going to force customers to do there own checkout, then you should at least give them 15% off there order. Your already saving money by not hiring employees for that. I don’t get paid to do that job and I don’t want to. Self-checkout should be an option not the ONLY option.

Best customer service experience at any target I’ve ever visited. Associates are very friendly here. I was greeted throughout the store. This was my first time visiting this location an I will definitely return.

The whole process was smooth and easy and fast! Order was ready for pickup in 10 minutes from placing the order. The app made it extremely easy to let them know I was on my way and there waiting. The wait time was just about nothing. Definite time saver and was able to get a bonus gift card for trying it out (had to spend minimum $50 from a list of certain items, but they were items I needed anyhow).

I just want to say this is the cleanest Target IV ever been to great staff couldnt get any better anyone that comes here will have a great experience and if you dont just give it another try Im sure they will fix any issues you have. Great job Target team keep it up!!!!!

The items are good quality and there is something for everyone

This Target has gone downhill since the renovation. Last few experiences have been negative. There will be 2 registers open while 4 or more (I counted 8 before) will be pretending to stock the shelves or just talking. Very very slow checking out due to the speed of the cashiers and constant issues with the app. Too many issues and constantly a frustrating experience. Will not be shopping here or any other Target if I can help it.

I was at the new Lenox target and one of the workers seemed very rude considering it was late which is reasonable but there was one worker who seemed very kind and considerate of my needs. I think her name was Cass and I thought this was important to share just to improve the quality of service to customers.

Great store, great selection

Ive never had a bad experience at the New Lenox Target. As with their competitor up the street, the best time to go is early in the morning during the weekday. Early evenings after rush hour arent so bad either. The employees are friendly and courteous, but as with all stores these days, they need more cashiers.

Helpful & Pleasant - Occasionally the bathroom isnt kept super clean, and they run out of the Target chocolate ice cream so I couldnt give it a 5 star. It is however one of the most friendly targets. The pharmacy is also extremely helpful.

Hands down best shopping experience I have ever had in my 26 years on this earth! This is how shopping is meant to be! Workers helped me find items quickly and waited at the end of aisles to assist me. Amazing customer service!

How can you not love target? This one needs some more selection. Staff is always so helpful and the pharmacy staff is awesome too.

This morning I came here with my older sister and we were denied service saying only people 65 or older were allowed for the first hour. We obliged to this order and sat in our car for an hour. During this hour we watched multiple people UNDER 65 walk into the store no questions asked. I am very angry that I was told to wait an hour in my car to enter the store when everyone else was allowed to go in.

I love the quality and variety available at Target. Also the layout is awesome compared to other large stores- wider aisles, well thought out and clean!

Store confirmed price of $19.48 and physically verified item was available in store. I drove 36 miles, 1 hour and 13 minutes to store location to make purchase. Upon my arrival I was informed store communicated with corporate to adjust price to $64.99 during my commute to location. Manager Zane was rude and condescending. Insistent on doing as little as possible to help situation despite price of $19.48 being verified by employee and by the Target App itself. Did not matter to Manager Zane, he had no interest in assisting further.

The best target in the area. Tinley and Orland could learn from this one. This store is always clean, well stocked, and has friendly staff. Orland and Tinley don’t have any of those qualities.

I love Target! Love all the selections, prices and just the overall feel of the store.

I was able to get all of the items I needed in one place with good deals/prices.

I can always find a great selection of produce and fresh foods here. The employees are always around to help with lines and stocking shelves.

I enjoy getting my 5% off with my debit card but I dont like the remodel they did (thats my personal preference though).

Great prices, product selection for groceries getting poorer over time though. It is not a grocery store target so it has limited items to begin with but they have cut in addition. The absolute one thing i hate about target is if you go in morning they are stocking shelves and big red carts are always in the way. Many times i cannot get to what i want due to carts on the way. Even in evenings i have an issue with target employees who are cleaning shelves and they leave their carts in the middle of aisle and you have to move them. Sometimes employee around and other times no one.

I received a $10.00 promotional gift card for making a minimum purchase of cleaning supplies. When I tried to redeem it, it had no value. The cashier made it seem it was inconvenient for her so I went to the service desk. I was made to feel like I was lying about the card and there was nothing they can do, I had to call the number on the back of the gift card. Which then was no help.

Its pretty clean for a Target. One of the few where things arent opened and the stray Starbucks cup just sitting behind some clothing.

Not one of the better Targets. A new bummer: The cafe is closed during the week. My kids just want to eat popcorn when we shop. The last three visits we were unable to get anything from the cafe because it was randomly closed. Today the sign said it is closed during the week.

Not my favorite Target because its too small but the employees are fabulous!

The employees here are very rude. A few of them, one was a manager, were making fun of me because I had asked for their 3 seater cart that she was taking out of the cart return because i had my children with me to get their medicine. The only girl that was nice was to me was the cashier who i talked to was the nicest person to my children and me. Nobody greeted and the food cashier gave me attitude and rolled her eyes at me so i decided not to order any food. I am a big target fan but will not come to this location again. Hire and train your employees to be polite. Ive been to targets in the city where they were more polite. I wanted to give this 0 stars but the cashier was the only saint here.

I get through the checkout faster than other Targets I have been to. Easy to find parking space.
