I hired this gentleman to move my pool table. He was supposed to make slight repairs to the table as it is from the 1970’s. It took about 2 months for him to finally deliver the pool table to my house. I reached out to him several times with no response. When he did respond he gave me a day and time to move the table and then would never show up. When he finally brought the table it was not completely repaired like we had spoken about and was missing several bolts and corner pieces to finish putting the table together. He claimed he was going to come back 2 days later and finish because the bolts and corner pieces were at his house. He never reached out and will not return my messages. I had to hire someone else to complete the job. Be aware before using Custom Billiard Services.

These guys did a great job for us... WAY above and beyond the call. They did it right the first time, real professionals, cleaned up, vacuumed when they were done, and left our pool room ready for action.

They did an excellent job with my table. I have moved twice in the last few years, and they did a far better job than last company I hired. The new cloth made the table look brand new, and you could really tell how much they cared about their work.
